Thanks for the tip. I had already experienced two black screens within 24 hours with the Simple watch face. I switched to the Modular face and it seems better so far, except to say that the 'disconnected from iPhone' icon seems to be permanently displayed at the top of the watch face.
Hmm, even after switching to the Modular face, I've still had two further black screens. Perhaps the specific watch face isn't the issue.

Anyone else getting issues where the watch doesn't respond to button presses or screen presses and just sits there with the screen off. Doing anything on the watch app throws up a "can't find watch" error and the only resolution is to do a 2 button reboot. Had it 4 times today.

I've had the same thing happen twice with the watch face blank. Plus twice more with a clock face showing but otherwise completely unresponsive.

Anyone else have a pretty much useless Workout app that doesn't even let you select any of the exercise-type buttons?

Assuming my Watch hasn't crashed first, the Workout app still works for me, but with a very long delay in response after selecting any of the buttons.

I always use Modular and the crashing/unresponsiveness only happened when I switched to the Simple face. I then switched back to Modular and finger-crossed no freezing since.

I've been using Beta 4 since the afternoon and it seems to be definitely worse than Beta 3. Many times my screen won't turn on until a hard reset, and battery seems to be drained faster. I'll likely try to re-pair tomorrow.

If these issues are happening in Beta 4, seems like Apple has a long ways to go until they get this stable enough for public release / daily use.
