Been trying to update my Watch since yesterday, constantly says it's up to date which it's not, installed b4 on all other devices, removed & reinstalled WatchOS profile on iPhone, reset iPhone & watch but still all exactly the same, anyone else still having trouble getting watch updated?

Did you install the Profile on the Phone? Cause it's supposed to be installed on the watch

Had installed it on Watch but just reset Watch yet again & started from scratch & was successfully updated now, never had any problems with any of the other betas on Watch or any other devices but all good now.

Thanks for the suggestion but it didn't help. Thankfully, my replacement will arrive later today and I will be staying on 1.0.1 this time.

It is automatically activated if your phone has Find My iPhone turned on. You should get a notification on the iPhone, I believe.

Find my Phone is activated. But no notification received for activation lock on the watch.... As per Apple presentation , there should be a menu /option in the watch app for this.

50 buttons at Walgreens? For the Walgreens stores I go to I simply put my phone near the reader and my thumb on the phone's home button.

About 2 seconds... (Edit: when I enable ApplePay on my Watch I suspect it will be just as easy).

Not my experience at all. 50 buttons was a bit of hyperbole, but the first thing that happens is it wants me to enter my phone number for a reward account. So I tell it no. Then I hold my phone over the terminal. Then it asks me again for my phone number, to which I say no. Then it wants me to enter my PIN, which I bypass by pressing credit. Then it asks me if the amount is okay, to which I say yes (Why would I agree to pay for something if the amount wasn't okay?). Then it wants me to sign, assuming the transaction is above a certain dollar amount. Which is mystifying to me, given the fact that my signature means nothing and my fingerprint is pretty much flawless as a fraud security measure. I almost always walk out of Walgreen's shaking my head about how they've turned what should be a nice, quick and easy transaction into a frustrating kluge. Completely the opposite of how it works at Sprouts.

You should install the watchOS profile configurator file first (install from the iPhone to the Watch). Google it.

Try Sleep Pulse in the app store. :)

Ummm, I use Sleep Pulse daily. It works well between the watch and phone.

sleep pulse hasn't worked for me yet (I'm on iOS 9 beta, I assumed it's an issue with that). But from what I can see, all it does it make a note of when you start and stop sleeping, import the heart rates from between those times, then display it on a graph?
It's not so much a sleep monitor, more of a custom heart rate graph display?!
I've been looking at my heart rates on iOS 9 beta; the health app now has a landscape mode and draggable/scalable graphs. So I can scale it to just look at my heart rates for whilst I was asleep.
I really like that change on the Health app.

I don't have OS beta but if I'm at 100% and put the watch on before I go to sleep, I easily make it until when I get home from work the next day at around 7-8pm... And that's with a 1-2.5 hr workout.

I don't know why this continues to be brought up...

You can charge the watch at any time, not just when you are sleeping. I wear mine about 22.5 hours each day and that includes a 2-hour workout (bike or run) each day. I charge my watch while showering, sitting at my desk at work, swimming laps, watching TV in the evening, etc. I have never seen less than 30% of battery life.

I hope devs are working on some good sleep tracking apps that use the watches sensors, since battery life can certainly be adequately managed by the user to utilize the device to track sleep.

As above, that's kinda what I'm doing to "allow" me to wear the Watch at night. I've been charging it for about an hour before bed, then wearing it through to the next night when I charge before bed again. That's with little exercise - just walking.
I usually wake up with my watch on 80+ (usually high 80s).

Anyone else getting issues where the watch doesn't respond to button presses or screen presses and just sits there with the screen off. Doing anything on the watch app throws up a "can't find watch" error and the only resolution is to do a 2 button reboot. Had it 4 times today.

Same here. Three times reboot today.

I've had terrible issues when using the Simple Watch Face. Switching to the Modular face made everything work much better. Anyone else see the same?

It's actually pretty smart of Apple to not support native apps until WatchOS 2 – it helped them get a lot of compatible apps quickly because developers just had to "extend" their existing iOS apps, which is psychologically simpler and easier than the daunting task of starting from scratch on a new platform, which they would feel pressured to do if apps were native first. Extending an iOS app helps developers ease into the new WatchOS environment.

Same here. Utility and Simple have been rough- lagging/no siri, glitchy. Mickey, time-lapse, motion, modular, and chrono have been flawless.

Thanks for the tip. I had already experienced two black screens within 24 hours with the Simple watch face. I switched to the Modular face and it seems better so far, except to say that the 'disconnected from iPhone' icon seems to be permanently displayed at the top of the watch face.

Hows everyones experience with bluetooth range been. This update seems to have really hurt it. It seems I cant go to the other end of my house anymore without the disconnected symbol showing up top

That won't be a bluetooth issue - you should have a wifi connection then.

Guys, I had several cases when the watch just becomes "black", similar to be off. But when pushing the power button it does not react/start at all. So, need to push both buttons and to restart it. I use digital face.
Anyone faced the same ?

Yes. BTW this is how I started the watch the first time when I received it. It seemed not to react to the one button press. But maybe I didn't wait long enough.
Regarding the beta, I'm bot going to discuss this here, but it seems you're not alone.
