I don't have OS beta but if I'm at 100% and put the watch on before I go to sleep, I easily make it until when I get home from work the next day at around 7-8pm... And that's with a 1-2.5 hr workout.
The modular watch face has a new "color" if you scroll all the way to the bottom. It enables a multi-color look (attached). Looks a little like a carnival, but it's an option!
I've been using Beta 4 since the afternoon and it seems to be definitely worse than Beta 3. Many times my screen won't turn on until a hard reset, and battery seems to be drained faster. I'll likely try to re-pair tomorrow.
checking 1 now but i have streets on my maps
the weather thing seems to be a bug but i didnt chck to see if you can workaround through the watch app
shame literally experiencing exactly the opposite; smooth animations, 0 resets, battery at 35% after only charging back to 62% during update when it was released at 2/3est. Battery seems drastically better to me. Taptic feedback is perfect, Dictation is fast and responsive and not causing me to reset for any reason, message send 2-4 seconds faster, i am just ready to start using 3rd party complications
Cannot confirm any of thoses Bugs.
C/F can be switched in the Weather App on iPhone
Maps works as expected.
Overall B4 runs way better and smoother than B3
I've never had to install a new profile, other than the first install, beta 2 3 and 4 just installed from my phone.I updated my phone to 9 beta 4, and then checked for a watch OS update in the watch app and it found it, downloaded it and is now installing on the watch. I didn't install the profile again or anything. I'm shocked. I had put aside 7 hours to get it installed, and now i'll have to do housework n stuff
Install the iOS beta, then install watch is from the phone...
The Degrees suddenly has been changed to C. So, it works now. But the map is still showing just the name of the city, but no streets etc
I had that a couple betas ago. A hard reset fixed it for me (hold down both buttons on the side of your watch for about 5-10 seconds).
Notifications don't always show when I swipe down and the swipe seems to stick. Also my battery has drained from 100% to 86% in 75 mins :-(
The same here - the notification swap is slow and lagged. Sometimes stuck. And opening the glances is the same - laggy.
Battery is worst than b3 - 12-13 % per hour with very limited usage.

You can charge the watch at any time, not just when you are sleeping. I wear mine about 22.5 hours each day and that includes a 2-hour workout (bike or run) each day. I charge my watch while showering, sitting at my desk at work, swimming laps, watching TV in the evening, etc. I have never seen less than 30% of battery life.
I hope devs are working on some good sleep tracking apps that use the watches sensors, since battery life can certainly be adequately managed by the user to utilize the device to track sleep.

Not exactly. This Mark as missing option will appear there only after you activate the Activation Lock function. But I cannot see such function here. And I do not have this Mark as Missing as well.I'm not 100% sure but I'm assuming this is it
From memory it came through as a notification for me but I'll look and see if I can find it in the watch app
Thanks. Maybe I shall try to unpair and pair it again. (Because I just installed b4 over OS 1 without unpairig it).
Been trying to update my Watch since yesterday, constantly says it's up to date which it's not, installed b4 on all other devices, removed & reinstalled WatchOS profile on iPhone, reset iPhone & watch but still all exactly the same, anyone else still having trouble getting watch updated?
Thanks for the suggestion but it didn't help. Thankfully, my replacement will arrive later today and I will be staying on 1.0.1 this time.
It is automatically activated if your phone has Find My iPhone turned on. You should get a notification on the iPhone, I believe.
