Some quick things I've noticed:

1. Weather doesn't crash when you delete a location from the "world" view
2. Weather: Fonts are thicker
3. Settings: Fonts are thicker
4. Control Center: Music scrubber bar is thicker
5. Calendar: Mini dots in month view for events on each day!!!
6. Camera: Much more stable, seems quicker, though not quantifiably verified yet.
7. Messages: Thicker font (seems like the font style "normal" has replaced "light" in many places throughout the system...)
8: Messages: Previously, names on the top of a message thread were pushed off center to fit the words "Messages" and "Contact". Now the name and surrounding words truncate to keep the contact name centered no matter what. "Messa... Person's nam... Contact"
9: Lock: Time keeps correct Y-axis position when waking up phone instead of shifting to the middle arbitrarily (and thicker font for "slide to unlock")
10: No evidence of overlapping objects in titles (or % charged)
11: Unlock icon animation seems 20% quicker or so.

Thank you - been going through every page looking for a comprehensive report

Instagram Crash

seems a lot more stable beta 2 has been a nightmare to use
instagram still crashing though

Instagram doesn't crash on mine. How ever it does crash on my girlfriends phone. We both have a iPhone 5. Mine is Att and hers is verizon.
Not sure whats going on here. I would try to delete the app and reinstall. I'll have her try that as well.

Still no "Tap to Tweet" or "Tap to Post" in Notification Center. I'd be surprised if they didn't include it by pubic release.

I would. It's function changed and they took it away. You don't even have the stocks and weather 'widgets' there anymore. Notification Centre is for notifications only now. It's nice.

Yes, that's what I did, but then i turned off the iphone and turn it on again, and the bug persists. Thanks for sharing. ;)

Not on my phone, neither on my girlfriend's phone. Only works as KattDaDon said. This is a very huge back, and pretty sure it's not from our phones, other people probably will experience this horrible bug. :(

May I kindly remind you that this is a Beta release to be installed by developers only?

This reminds me of the person warned about an incoming tsunami who instead of heeding the warning, sits by the beach and then is swept away to sea to drown.

You honestly just compared icons that you think are ugly to a tsunami that killed thousands of people?

Nice to see that you have some perspective on life.

This bugged me too. Came to the forum to find out why, but ended up realizing that if you go into Accessibility, there's a new setting called "Bold Text"

So we are back to the Reduce Motion option instead of Parallax huh? I thought Parallax was pretty cool and self explanatory... oh well:)

Why did you turn it off. slide to unlock your phone then take your sim out and put it back in and it will ask you to enter your sim pin.

That's been there since beta 1. I've had it switched on the whole time. The light font is lovely when you're still but unreadable when there's a slight movement. Hopefully it's more medium than bold though. I'm updating now...

Just updated on iPad 4.

General performance feels more polished than Beta 2 - which was laggy.
Multitasking feels smoother than Beta 2 - and doesn't crash as much.
Safari has been brushed up a bit.

Noticed:

Chrome, BBC iPlayer, etc icon still not showing up properly.
Linkedin still crashes.
Economist magazine doesn't open.

Imagine your battery drains out, u must turn it back on, and then you will have this bug again, that was the point of turning the phone off, just to test if the bug was still there. And it is, so I turned off the SIM CODE activation on settings, because I dont wanna carry around with me the little key, when the phone drains it's battery. xD

Don't count on it since the developers haven't released an update.

I cant imagine that every app out there wont work with 7 until each developer updates it. That hasn't happened in the past. Old apps typically work for the most part with the new iOS. Granted some didn't/don't but I can say that 100% of mine worked with iOS 6 after upgrading from iOS 5. Of course always getting updates "now supports iOS6" but seemed to work fine. Anyway the point is its not unheard of for existing app to work with new iOS version once iOS is somewhat stabilized.
