Apple Seeds Mac OS X Leopard (9A527/9A528a)

i have a question for any of the people testing this release

it pertains to iChat. Jobs was touting the fuctionality of sharing desktops over iChat and as a collaborative artist this really excites me. I just want to make sure that is still getting attention/going to come through.

also.. stated earlier in this thread... in the new seed.. 9A527.. there is no more video effects in iChat. Also in Photobooth the background ones that should also be included in iChat are missing....


What's up with that????:confused:
 
well that isn't exactly cool news to me. That's really disapointing to hear

does anybody have the link to the apple complaint submission? I'm not too sure what its's official name is :p

I can testify that is not the case and as of build 527 all the same effects are present in both iChat and Photo Booth.

umm... then can you explain why when i am in a video confrence i receive a grayed out video effects.. so i can't click it

awesome! so it looks like screensharing is still there. Has anyone used it? is it as seamless as it looks?/should be?

so... soposeddly there is a crack that does change the ichat CPU limit!

IF anyone knows about this/ it whereabouts (where to download the crack)
please tell me!!!!!

I have the G5 -- and I am the one with the video effects problem.. the person with the Core Duo says they work fine for him..

i did find someone that said there was a crack for this.,.. but he couldn't remember where he saw it... so... im searhing like crazy

I dunno if this is what the someone was talking about, but it let's you do video-conferencing with older computers that don't meet iChat's requirements, so maybe it'd work for this issue too... Dunno if it works with Leopard though.

after update to 9a527 , i can not login ....

i typed the password -> Press Enter -> and then turn back ......

what can i do now ...?
 
Confirm that iMovie 08 will auto quite in 9a527

and one thing ....OSX is not showing build 9a527 ......

Is it just me or is that purple...? where did the blue go if I've missed it already...

It's a really deep purple as well. The camera has washed it out a little, but the blue on the left is exactly the same on the Tiger previews on Apple.com... what on earth. Yet other people I've spoken to said the right is blue...
