Gee, just great... Now I may have to wait until mid-May to use my new Nvidia WhiteBook. (Please read posts #121 and #123 in this thread before issuing a criticism to the prior sentence).

And with new MacBooks reported to come in June, I'll get to have the latest and greatest for only one month.

You got it. Build 9J56 just out.

Does this build work with Safari 4 beta? (I actually don't care about Safari since I prefer Firefox and Opera, but the reason I ask is because I think the only reason Apple is delaying the release of 10.5.7 is because all previous builds have been incompatible with Safari 4 beta.)

Nope. Still the only remaining bug.

Apple isn't delaying the release because of Safari 4. They probably will either release another build of Safari 4 or release a minor update to get it to work on top of 10.5.7.

OK, folks, don't get your hopes up for a release of 10.5.7 Build 9J56. Apple said it is not compatible with Safari 4 beta. According to an article about Build 9J56 linked below, "Though its believed that Mac OS X 10.5.7 remains close to release, Apple still notes that the software is incompatible with the public beta of Safari 4 -- the OS update's lone known issue."
