WiFi has worked fine for me.

It's just that when WiFi is on, Bluetooth acts crazy!

I sure hope 10.10.2 gets a handle on MediaLibraryServices and mds; they're serious drains on performance in Yosemite.

I've sort of "given up" on Yosemite in terms of performance, glitches and other bugs. I've learned my self to live with it, which no one should but I feel most of the biggest issues with Yosemite, such as the UI stutter and other things will be fixed in 10.11.

Not to mention how much is still to be overhauled for their new design choice that will probably not be sorted out until then either.

So I'll keep updating to new Developer Seeds but I will sit back and just ignore the issues unless they break my Mac.

Personal opinion.

10.10.2 has actually been quite stable for me, and performance-wise it's been fine.

Well, not for me. Of course it has improved.

But compared to my MacBook Air to my MacBook Pro Retina, the Retina has so much stutter, especially with the 1680x1050 which I need very often when I edit videos with After Effects or edit images with Photoshop due to the need of much screen real-estate.

And that stutter was not on Mavericks. So I will just wait, and see if they ever improve it or if it won't happen until 10.11

Apple doesn't listen on these boards. The only way is to send them feedback. If you have a Mac Developer license, use bugreport.apple.com, otherwise, use feedback.apple.com. I found that Apple actually replies when using bugreport.apple.com system.

That said, I have filed multiple radars about graphical glitches, and they all have gone unresolved. They only asked me for system logs but then they failed to respond further. Once in a while after some time from the original radar filing date, they tell me that the issue "may" be fixed in the recent dev update build, even when clearly there was no work done on the graphics side. I have to keep telling them that the issue has not been fixed. I think they just want to close out the radars.

Apple is a big company... definitely some of the employees also visit these sites and are in a position to instigate change outside of the standard channels if motivated...

I installed the beta and everything is looking good. We will see how it behaves in the next days.
On my Retina iMac Mission Control has become smoother, but this could also be caused by the restart, so I would like to reserve my opinion about it for later..
What impressed me is that I could finally repair permissions with no issues whatsoever...

Seems to fix the Spotlight issues from the previous 10.10.2 builds.

What spotlight issues?

I've had some weird crashing issues on 10.10.2. Like an uncommonly high amount of system crashes. In various ways too. From random restarts that come with an error message, to simply screen frozen with no reprieve until I hold down the power button. Has anyone else had that?

Still very gun shy of Yosemite

Having learned ages ago with other OS releases, I am still sitting here on the sidelines waiting & running 10.9.5 with everything operating without a single issue.

Yes, I'd love to make the switch; however between this forum & a few others, I still feel it's too early as the Apple gurus & beta testers still don't have this thing nailed down for the long haul.

You should probably reinstall 10.10 via recovery hd. What model do you have?

Me too

I'm also still running 10.9.5 and honestly wonder when Apple will get this correct.

I can't stand nor have time to mess around with wi-fi issues on a daily basis, along with Apple TV, videos, etc.

In the mean time, my computers are running well, thank you. I'm ready to update when I read lots of confidence here and from Apple. :D

I hope people that use these tools are giving feedback on real issues and not flat design sucks or Finder icon is ugly.

Well thats actually an issue.

Ever since Yosemite DP1, I bet 40% or more of the "bug" reports are just complainers telling them how much they hate the new design and how ugly everything is. Pathetic people abusing a system to enhance the user experience.

I bet just like in Mail, where you got a sub folder called Junk where all junk goes, they probably got a sub folder called "Design Complaints aka Junk"

WiFi solved......no.

Just updated. Does not fix the wifi issue for me. (RMBP late 2012)

Still the advanced wifi menu shows strange readings. (full bars, MCS index 0???)
Did a CMD-OPT P + R, multiple reboots, deleted location.... And still the wifi is acting irregular...and slow....

They can report it all, it's for apple to prioritise the severity of the issues. In most cases severity 1 ones get picked up to be fixed and all the request about design etc ignored. You can look at that crap once you fix the top priority ones. Given wifi is still an issue is embarrassing .

That took awhile. Either way, time to update.

Don't be too sure. Wait to see if it actually fixes the problem, might save you re-installing. I have found updates that actually make it worse.
