Yeah not showing here on the east coast of the US either, and I've rebooted. I wanted to kick of the update before I left the office.....
This is the only thing worth noting from the other rubbish mentioned today.
PSA: the new screen saver changes in Sonoma have totally fubar'd many third-party screensavers. If you use a non-Apple screensaver, upgrading to Sonoma will likely cause your screensaver to malfunction. Some of the failure modes are pretty gnarly (I just crashed my whole mac doing some screensaver testing on my M1 Macbook Air using today's Sonoma RC build).

Downloaded IPSW and did a clean install. Mostly ok, faster than Ventura (internet, file copies from sad raid) still quite a few bugs eg no shut down/restart buttons showing on Lock Screen when first booting up despite option turned on in system settings. Logged a few bug reports……definitely needs an RC2
Not a big "I'm not seeing it..." dude but it is interesting that here on East Coast, 5 hours after announcement, not showing as available. Well, there is always a tomorrow!
Quite the same on east coast. I am actually surprised. All of my devices are updated to RC with the exception of my M2 15” Air.
Yep and nothing here in the U.K stayed up as late as possible in case it appeared, most unusual ( M2 Max Studio ) could it be related to M2 macs….hmmm
Flipped to Public Beta and the RC became available for MacBook Air 13" M2. Tried that on my MacBook Pro 14" M2 Pro, still no update available. Must be something with specific models. From what I'm reading from comments, looks like folks with M2 Pro or above aren't seeing RC, but if you're on an M2 Air try flipping to Public Beta instead of Developer Beta.

Apple really has not impressed today. This snafu and now my orders got cancelled by Apple for fraud and no clue how that even could be. And they refuse to say.

RC of Sonoma and Watch OS 10 still won't unlock my intel Mac. Have tried changing password, force restart watch. Turning on and off again a million times. Still no dice. Spins for a bit when "unlocking with Apple Watch" and then shows the password field.
