Sounds good to me. ****ing promotion is useless. Only smooths the movement of windows. Not content in safari.see this post

Do you think safari is 120hz in 12.0.1??
Why are we talking about 12.0.1? This is a thread about 12.1.
Sorry I’m not on the RC yet on beta 4. Was trying to make sure you weren’t one of those “it was 120 in 12.0.1” ppl.Why are we talking about 12.0.1? This is a thread about 12.1.

To be clear, are we saying RC 12.1 has 120hz (or close to it) in Safari?
EDIT:
Nope: https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/still-no-120hz-safari-scolling-with-the-macos-12-1-rc.2326592/
Try putting ur laptop in low power mode ; that changes it to 60hz and notice how much of a diff it isJust downloaded 12.1 RC. I don't have any way to test if its 120hz, but Safari definitely feels smoother.
It’s the same tho not smooth or 120hzJust downloaded 12.1 RC. I don't have any way to test if its 120hz, but Safari definitely feels smoother.
It is 120hz. Either you have promotion off or you need your eyes checked. Xcode quartz debug framerate doesnt lie. You can clearly see the difference when scrolling. You can also turn on low power mode so the framerate goes down to 60 and if u dont notice a diff then ur out of luck and ull never be satisfiedIt’s the same tho not smooth or 120hz
