Yeah I even toggled between Dev-> PB -> Dev, nothing on 2 Mac yet. Worse OTA in quite awhile.
I'm not seeing this on either of my macs (temporarily enrolled them both in the beta program to get the RC) - glad to see I'm not the only one having the same problem. iOS OTA showed up fine though so clearly something's up with the mac servers
It's hard to know whether Apple's being shoddy, petty, or both these days... :rolleyes:o_O

Hopefully the update shows up soon, I'm hoping it'll fix the issue I've been having on my M1 Mini since upgrading to Ventura the other month where it can't wake up from sleep, although tbh my hopes aren't high

It seems they pulled the update. Nobody seems to be getting it.
The release notes seem to be up still, unfortunately I'm not in the developer programme so I can't access any direct downloads for installers if those exist anyway

I downloaded the IPSW and attempted to install.

I wish mac rumours would do this in one post. I don’t read any of these articles except very rarely. I usually have to scroll pass them all.

I assume more posts allows not ads.

Can anyone confirm that today's RC is a goner? So we can all get back to work..
It looks like it is, but they still seem to have the release notes and downloads at the link I posted earlier, can someone in the developer programme see if they've still got links up there since that would give us a definitive answer

Usually there can be quite a bit of OS specific discussions talking about confirming problems or fixed problems or new observations/discoveres. Mixing this all together creates a mess. Thats why they continue to separate them all.

I was rolling my eyes thinking the very same thing for desktop and mobile updates. I miss the 'old' Apple that didn't fixate on such things but rather quality in the underlying features. :/
How is it any different than this:
And that was not a one time thing no, pretty much at least once a year iChat or Photobooth got like 5-10 minutes of a presentation demo of the newest goofy filters, which were than heavily advertised to Windows users on why the Mac was the “fun” choice.
This is absolutely no different

They even released the Xcode 16.3 RC1. So god knows what went wrong.. Maybe they'll fix it and re-up it in a bit.

Careful. Unlike upgrading with an IPSW on iOS, updating a Mac this way wipes all user data. It's meant for bare metal recovery ONLY.
Damn that's a shame, IPSW is almost downloaded though so I'll see if an upgrade is possible by extracting the installer app and messing with that, even if it isn't possible to run it it might still be possible to build a USB or something

I think it installed on my Mac mini in my basement before they evidently stopped the release. I hope it isn't a huge issue for those of us who got it installed.

I used the command in terminal and it doesn't show. Used this command on terminal "softwareupdate -l"
