Is it still release candidate or has it gone public yet? I am on 13.3 (a) Beta (22E7752300f) but want to be the RC or official 13.3 release.

I was on the beta but have opted out due to the last update being sh*t. Safari has all these horrible suggestions. Like when ever I type in goog to get google.co.uk to show up it shows me googleblog.blogspot.com
like why would anyone be searching for googles blog in the safari address bar.
The apple devs are getting sloppy.

Currently it’s 13.3 RC, and no issues for me. Safari extension permissions were fixed on beta 4, RC is just as good.

In my experience it's certainly the fastest and smoothest version of Ventura so far on my M1 MBA. In fact it almost feels like Big Sur performance wise and that's saying something since lately these OS released have been so glitchy and laggy at times.

But so far, it's pretty snappy I must admit.
Tbh for me it feels like the fastest version since Big Sur, previously I was advising people stay off Ventura but now it's brilliant for me, would recommend updating

I’m still seeing issues with drives mounting and causing Finder and seemingly everything else to just hang. Seems to happen whether I use a dock or just plug a drive directly in.
I’m also still able to 99.9% of the time replicate an issue where just opening the SideBar and immediately scrolling will cause a total freeze and eventually crash and log me out. It’s been reported, and it still happens even when I have no widgets enabled at all. Safari iCloud doesn’t seem to be syncing for me, either. Whadayagonnado

BUT besides these rather big issues I’m having, I’d totally agree that we’re in a good place. Boots up quick, apps open quick, no other big issues. When things work, they’re working very well. It’s the things that aren’t working that have me worried. I’ll probably do a reinstall on all my devices when these are official. If people are waiting to update, I’d say nows as good a time as any…

Performance is great on M1 MBP, but I noticed that my battery drain faster compared to 13.2.1.
Check settings. I tend to review if some setting has changed with updates effecting battery usage like notifications.
Some web sites like MacRumors show more ads after a update.

I haven't noticed any change in settings. I have Low Power Mode on and it was working great on 13.2.1

I notice zero performance differences compared to 13.2.1 on the Mac Studio.
Now that we have more AS SoC diversity that can often be the case, it’s quite possible to have an issue be noticed on something like a M1 Mac versus M1 Pro/Max/Ultra, just like it could show on neither, now just the M2 or M2 Pro/Max.

Possibly, though I think most performance reports in this thread are quite anecdotal.
