Will this fix the slow Face ID animation on XS Max?

I have a Max and it's actually insanely fast for me. Did you upgrade OTA or via iTunes?

They should fix the choppy video playback on the XS max that so many users are facing !!!

What choppy video playback. In iOSBeta subreddit, I haven't seen any posts mentioning this issue

WiFi issues still seem to be there.

I didn't notice Wifi issues on 12.0 (cellular wasn't that strong yes). My overall network performance is better on 12.1 and still improving in 12.1.1 PB2.

What iPhone do you have? How'd you upgrade, was it OTA or through iTunes? If it's an XS or Max, I'm assuming you uploaded from iCloud?

OTA. Can you try this. Don’t look at your phone but let it be woken up and swipe up from bottom. Show your face after you have done this action. I get the old animation that was on 11.x. Remember the one with multiple times rolling of the lock.

WiFi stability is still sketchy.
Haven't seen any difference in cell service, but I'll give that a good workout today and compare to previous results.

AT&T carrier updated to version 35.0

Doing this way feels like half a beat slower. I wake up then swipe up, then I look at it... seems like soon as you swipe FaceID tries to scan a face. I can delay this a bit and vary the time, but I don't experience odd behavior

And still no bluetooth indicator. The notch does a lot and yet to less....

LTE and Wi-Fi is finally fixed on iPhone XS Max!! Download speeds/browsing, etc. is back to 'normal'.

Is anyone else having issues with the Messages app on iOS 12? I'm using an iPhone XS and it's a regular, recurring bug. When opening the Messages app and tapping on an individual message, either nothing will happen or the message will blink gray and not open. I then have to tap the message again to open it. This doesn't happen every time I open the Messages app with every message, but does regularly since iOS 12 was released. It's not my phone, either, because I experienced this issue with an iPhone XS on display in an AT&T store. I've submitted feedback to Apple via the beta program (I'm currently running iOS 12.1.1 beta 2) and spoke with an Apple technician about it.

I just want my stable LTE and WiFi connectivity back
I send some form of complaint about this via the Beta feedback app nearly every week... I have an Android for work that connects to public wifi almost instantly. I have to wait sometimes, most times, 45seconds to a minute for iPhone to get a handshake on public wifi so that I can sign in. FRUSTRATING!
