Is that on a intel Mac? M1 it launches normal size, green button to full size, quit. reopen and its normal size again.Sadly, the Messages gigantic window issue is still present (where the Messages window reverts to a giant size on launch).
You are correct, with that setting off, I now see testUFO showing 120FPS locked (green) initially, about a min later see potential browser stutter using wifi6. Ran ethernet, nope exactly same issue. Needs more work.i unchecked " Prefer Page Rendering Updates near 60fps" from Develop menu and testufo says 120HZ. Strange.
Thank you!It was posted in the beta 2 release notes if you need to see it in writing
- Fixed: If your Mac currently has macOS Catalina installed, installing macOS Monterey 12.3 beta or macOS Big Sur 11.6.4 beta on a volume with FileVault enabled might cause a boot loop when attempting to log back into the previous volume. (88163545)
Haha wow! I submitted that same exact bug back after WWDC last year. Still hasn’t been resolved. I’m a game dev and switching controllers is a pretty common thing for me. This seems like a straight forward fix too for someone to doSleeping Apple...

im thinking this might be an intel issueChrome is working for me.
Funny, on my 16" M1 Max it installed without a hitch and all seems to work OK. That is including two external screens and a lot of external disks and devices connect via two separate TB4 hubs.@DaveMcM76 Was the same on my 16" M1 Max MBP. Took two tries until it installed. And now I regret it because B2 has even more issues than B1.![]()
That’s ridiculous. Current design meaning overlapping buttons? Yea I’m sure that design pattern is in Apples HIG smh@alanvitek It's likely they will never fix it because my feedback has been updated with this months ago:
"Investigation finished. Functionality given according to current design."
M1 macs. I have an Intel machine here but can't test on it as I use it for work.Is that on a intel Mac? M1 it launches normal size, green button to full size, quit. reopen and its normal size again.
I can’t be the only one but since 12.3 beta 1 my two external „mini monitors“ that connect each via USB C and worked flawlessly beforehand both don’t work at all anymore. They get no signal at all.
this code in terminal fixes thatamfi_get_out_of_my_way=0x1
sudo nvram boot-args=""; sudo defaults write /Library/Preferences/com.apple.security.libraryvalidation.plist DisableLibraryValidation -bool true
I had one USB and the other HDMI, the HDMI stopped working, went to USB and it was ok, Now, not working again, Nothing I do makes any difference, swap cables, ports.. nadaI can’t be the only one but since 12.3 beta 1 my two external „mini monitors“ that connect each via USB C and worked flawlessly beforehand both don’t work at all anymore.
