oh and everything seems snappier. Animations, app loads, everything. So far i lost taptic feedback once and it was where i was losing it before when choosing the motion watchface and then forcetouching to choose a different face from the motion face was causing me to lose taptic; it did when i first installed but i restarted and have tried several times since, all good.

Siri was causing taptic feedback loss too and so far so good there as well.

Bugs still notice Notifications are still weird some scroll some show up some dont scroll some are empty; but thats on the release notes---not noticing much not on the new notes.

edit: just lost taptic when choosing timelapse watch face and then forcetouching to choose another one.-----Bug submitted

Switching directly between the motion watch-face and the time-lapse watch-face causes a whole bunch of issues--taptic feedback loss + UI freeze for a good 15-25 seconds, worse if a notification comes in during.--Bug submitted

Not showing up for me. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

you have to install the new watchOS profile. certain websites may or may not have this, or like all of us get it from the developer portal. D/L the new config from the computer and send in an email to yourself using apples mail client. Install from phone, install on "iphone" and on "apple watch"

Working fine here, weather app is working again but I suspect this was iOS9 beta 1 not watchOS as it fixed itself before I installed WatchOS beta2 this morning, the second weather glance showing on beta 1 is gone and while I found it interesting to see what the weather is like in the south atlantic I'm a bit more content knowing whats happening where I am lol.

I've also updated the watch to beta 2 and still seems fixed.

I lost the ability to scroll with the crown while customizing watch faces. Am I alone in this?(before I bug report it) Nevermind, just came back.

It seems to have fixed the dreadful battery draining issue . I took the watch off the charger at 08:30 this morning, had a very quiet day, so still 95% remains at 13:00, on the previous beta this would be half flat already

Is it necessary to install the profile on BOTH iPhone and Watch?

In beta 1, I just install the profile on iPhone, for this beta 2, I install the profile on Watch and now the watch is updating.

For both betas I only installed the profile on the watch. When I go into the profile section of the settings on the iPhone I only see two profiles relating to WiFi services.

My battery life has decreased drastically any suggestions ?

Many of us had removed third-party applications during Beta 1 as they seemed to be causing a battery issue. If you have any third-party applications on your watch, try uninstalling them to see if it makes a difference.

The dreaded battery life drain is gone for me. I sent so many bug reports! LOL iOS 9 beta 1 and Watch OS 2 beta 1 drained my devices in a few hours. Now they are back to normal. Charged  Watch to 100 yesterday evening, 13 hours later still at 71% before I would have had to charge several times. Still some other bugs with the haptic and messaging but overall much, much, better.

When using iMessage on the Apple Watch if you force touch during dictation you can choose your language. (Language was previously set according to the keyboard used on iPhone with this specific contact)

Pictures are taken with iPhone screenshots on AW seem to be broken for me in beta 2. I tried looking for a toggle ON/OFF.. But nope..

After doing precisely this... & restarting each at the "profile successfully applied/restart" prompt, I still see that the watch is on 13s5254w, which is beta 1. I'm seeing the update on Watch, but just sticks on "Installing on Apple Watch" dialog. =/

I have updated my iPhone to iOS 9 Beta 2, installed the new watchOS 2 beta Configuration Profile, rebooted both but Software Update in the Watch App has been "spinning" for 2+ hours...

Thoughts?

unfortunately you won't enjoy this next solution i will offer but

try to unpair the watch, reinstall ios 9 beta 1, re pair the watch, re send the config, update to beta 2 :/

Seems like some are having issues installing today could it just be servers? Try again at non-peak times like 4PM PDT. If that doesn't work try doing what i just suggested above ^ has worked for couple of my friends

On a side note

Can someone with watchOS 2.0 beta 2 confirm if nightstand mode is working for them? I can't seem to get it to work. Was working fine in beta 1.

I not sure about the battery life with this new update, it seems have gotten shorter, but then again I do have facebook and other 3'rd party apps installed. Any suggestions? I got 6 hours of battery life today from a full charge this morning.

Does anyone know if WatchOS 2 will allow us to use Airplay to stream music directly from the watch to an Airplay device (the original OS only controls the Airplay settings of the paired iPhone).

Thanks.

You have to delete the old profile and then add the new one.
