And yet you're still not understanding. Not surprised. Better to release things with less issues. If they did this, there would have been 1 release this week, buddy. Do you not understand that? Lol
Seems like I'm not the one who isn't understanding something. Of course it's better to release with less issues, but to get there things need to be fixed up. It's be nice if things were magically perfect or even good right from the beginning or early on, but that's not the reality, and to pretend otherwise is rather silly. Sure, having more fixes late in the game isn't optimal and isn't really hoped for or anything like that, but it's far from something that's really unusual let alone something that's just crazy or ridiculous.

The not so subtle patronizing references being thrown in sure add a lot of validity and credibility to what you are suing though.

These comments have become more about complaining about the amount of betas rather than what's fixed or new in them... Give it a rest and stop the complaining... Don't like the betas, delete the profile and wait with the rest of the public.

Could someone talk about the beta please? Like, the content in it... you lot can squabble all you like but you're just taking away from people who want to try this out AND get some feedback on how things are functioning. I think I've seen 3, maybe 4 posts with any point or focus on content.

Take a breath, stop replying before reading everything, stop bloody bitching and moaning.

Apple have likely just gone more agile than previously, it's a good thing, I run thrice daily builds on my projects, with ad hoc deployment requests from any one at any stage... this is NOT shoddy practice, this is taking advantage of GOOD practices and garnering user feedback.

Now, seriously, what the **** has changed? Is TV better? Have the weird glitches in safari been tidied up? Animations still twitchy? What are people's experiences on different devices, any SE users have trouble?

Etc

I haven't been installing any of these. I only beta test the main releases (e.g. 8, 9, 10, etc). This is a forum, where I am voicing my opinion on Apple's shoddy practices lately. This is one of them.

Clearly you are. I'm not installing any of these and haven't been. Never said I did, either. So calm down and stay in your lane, kiddo.

How are constant updates shoddy practices? To post a pointless comment and then a stupid reply shows who the child is. You add no value to these forums. Move on.

Seems like a slight speed improvement after beta 6 slowed everything down a notch. Only had it on my phone (6s) for less than an hour though.
Seems like there is a change in News App. A carousel of Featured Stories. Can't say I noticed it before.

With these late cycle betas more than likely it's some sort of individual fixes/changes (often related to security or something else fairly important or necessary) going in that often might not really be noticeable. That's not to say that it's not always something that isn't really noticeable, but often enough that's what it's like. In this case it's possible it was some additional logging that was added in relation to Apple trying to figure out the early shutdown issue that quite a few people have been experiencing, but could be some other security type of fix or something like that too.

Do you know if there is a release note or something "official"?

There are usually release notes for developers that list known issues and sometimes some things that are no longer issues, but often enough specific changes from beta to beta aren't really spelled out.

I see some changes in Apple Music , the stars are there (I didn't see them in beta 6) and , a it's easier to see the "lyrics" in a song)

I've read on multiple posts and even seen screenshots that show the star rating setting in the Music App settings and have yet to find this on either my iPhone 7, Plus, or iPad. . . I'm wondering if this only shows up if you have music loaded from iTunes? I use AppleMusic and all I have are the "like / dislike" buttons.

YES!! More emojis!! Now the millions and millions of people that use iPhones finally get what they have been asking for since release of version 10. More emojis. So glad that Apple is connected to it's userbase and realize what's REALLY important. And that's emojis. I'm really hoping the next beta and the GM focus on emoji's. We need more.

I don't see a fishing pole with snow? I mean how do I communicate to my friends that I didn't go fishing because of snow today. Fingers crossed for next update.

Still (purposefully or not) just overlooking everything else that's there.

Na, I saw the rest of the updates. Just being sully because still no bluetooth fix and 100% sure now that it's hardware which is why it's being ignored and which is why apple is deleting threads that talk about it on apple forums.

But hey, new emoji's, means there are developers and graphic designers assigned to focus on emojis.. Imagine pulling those resources to fix calendar bugs, or bluetooth bugs (if it's possible). But hey, emoji's are cool too, Apple's target audience is focused more on people who use emojis more than anything since it's included in every single release.

Well, if there's a hardware Bluetooth issue then there's not much that could be fixed in a software update for it. As far as calendar, seems like Apple is working on it, and perhaps there's something for that in these betas even (assuming the fixes/changes aren't on iCloud/server side of things). Certainly a number of various bugs have been addressed and some other changes that some people have been hoping for or would find useful. Emojis are emojis, just a small update to keep up with the Unicode standards. Doesn't mean that much time or effort was spent on them, or that it was at the cost of something else given that the resources used for different things like that would often be different anyway.
