Oh ok, didn't know that. Maybe the API for pip is not used correctly in iOS 10. But I'm pretty sure it's a Netflix issue.it works on iOS 9.3.4 just no beta for iOS 10 needs to be ran through the Xcode for iOS 10
a close all tabs button in Safari
It's fine. No issues here other than occasional emails not loading (previous betas). Fast and smooth on a 6S.Is this beta good enough for a main device yet or should I wait?
Yes.The most important question is: Does Pokemon Go work on this update?
Is this beta good enough for a main device yet or should I wait?
Better: a toggle in the background settings would be nice.Beta 6 installing now.
Am I the only one who was actually happy when the dock background finally vanished?
..hope you reported it every beta.Am I the only one that can't get the iPhone to use custom ringtones for different contacts? I can change the tones just fine by editing a contact but the only the default tone plays when getting calls in.
Actually I think I have had this issue with all iOS 10 public betas. Haven't seen anyone else mentioning this?
Um iOS 10 is the feature(s) update. This late in the game is typically getting whats already there working correctly readying for a release to the masses. But here is one, if you 3D touch the phone app you can tap on a fav contact and actually dial them.8 pages of comments and not a single new feature discussed? Guess it's all bug fixes and iMessage/emoji bickering...
There's one of those in iOS 10 now ... just saying.![]()
Wow this has got to be the best Public Beta I've tested and I've tested them for a few years now.
Apple you may go ahead and release the GM and announce the new iPhone tomorrow!
Apps are no longer able to be updated for me. The previous two betas were excellent and apps would update immediately after opening the store. Fastest ever actually.
In this beta I get a spinning circle and they never update.
Have rebooted, selected, deselected, nothing works.
Nope it is not!
https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/ios-10-beta-6-bug-fixes-and-changes.1988188/Why no change log on this post? Did they change nothing?![]()
We are in beta 6 so realistically it should mostly be down to bug fixes and other smaller improvement and optimizations.Ta. Wonder why they didn't bother adding those details to the bottom of the post this time. Maybe it's because changes are getting thin as things just gets more stable and efficient.
I caved and installed it on my iPad Air 2. It seems fine, but no sign of the rich notifications and the like. Without that, I'm not really seeing much improvement on iOS 9 - outside of the Photos app.Does anyone know if they've added the new functionality for people without 3d touch yet? That's the thing which would tempt me to try this beta.
