I was having this problem earlier today on beta 5, I think it’s probably server-side and has nothing to do with being on beta 5 vs beta 6.
 
Is this thing ok now for daily driver? Any show stoppers for daily usage?
(and no, I do not need to be warned about risking my data on a beta...)

Looking back at iOS 10 CC does bring back fond memories, but this works fine so long as they do not make it so much uglier that it becomes a sensory offence.

If you have to ask your question first, then yes you very much do need to be warned about risking your data.
 
Ok, beta 6 solves the issues I had. Thanks Apple and don’t let it happen again.

You should only run beta software. If it’s not beta then it’s no good!

Incredible responsiveness from the new IOS beta on the new iPad Pro and with Apple Pencil. I know that the word ‘snappier’ is a running joke and frowned upon by moderators, but I am see a marked improvement with the Apple Pencil response. A skilful quick flick to scroll up with the Pencil sends the scroll wheel even more quickly away, then a gentle touch stops it. Awesome.

The keyboard seems to be more responsive too. Flicks down to get the 123456789 numbers are finished more quickly and fluently.

Apple Pencil marks are more precise and subtle touches and flicks seem to be recognised.

A marked change from the previous Beta where many of my Apple Pencil strikes were delayed with a poor response time.

Updated to iOS 11 Beta 6 on my iPad Mini 2 and performance has improved dramatically! Still no slide over apps though.
 
Damn, the latest beta is full of bugs, I want back to the previous beta! Even the screen recording doesn’t work :(:mad:

Hey Siri certainly seems out of control. Never had issues with false starts in the past but I’ve had it start no less than 10 Times in the past 5 hours.
