Can someone verify when they get to 20% and low power turns on can you also enable night shift mode?

I'm sure this is the final build until the release of the public version in 2 weeks, 1-2 days after the event. Even tho its not a GM build number, it could still be the final 'beta' that is being released and they skip the GM seed.
It has to be the final as this version is the one being loaded onto iPad Pro 9.7" that will be in stores in a couple weeks. :)

If you are in a text field and type, you then can't 3D touch. Does the beta fix this? It's dead annoying!

This is actually a common misconception - it's always worked but requires you to vary the pressure on the display in an unnatural way to hit the top force level when your first touch was too deep or the presses are repetitive.
In <9.3, when you can't seem to get force touch to trigger on the keyboard, release some pressure on your finger and hard press again (without lifting your finger) and it will catch... Not sure if the press algorithm changed in 9.3 though.

After I mastered the feeling, I could tell a day and night difference and haven't thought about how to trigger it again.

Beta 5 was already super stable for me, so I don't expect much changes.
Same here - beta 4 - messed up Real racing 3 and 2 other apps but Beta 5 fixed them so looks like we are getting very close to a release date.

A new welcome feature is that you can finally sync your PDF files in iBooks via iCloud. I don't have the Mac OS X beta on my Mac so I don't know if it is supported there as well, but I would assume so..

Anyone else brought to the setup screen to sign in to iCloud after doing this update? It's the only time it's happened to me on this beta series. Once I verified credentials, I was brought to the home screen.
Here the same. I think is resolve Some iCloud problems....or bugs.

I am in the opposite camp. iCloud Backup completely broke on iPhone 6s Plus (works on iPad mini 2 though), it takes several attempts to unlock iPad mini 2, Night Shift does not disengage from schedule on iPad mini 2, etc. etc.

This is my experience as well. Release pressure without removing my finger.

It's unfortunate this feature has to be learned (which means it's not 100% intuitive) but I guess we're at the point where features are more complex which require additional adaptation.

It seems to be working well for me. I tried it last week after Beta 5 as well, and seemed to be just as fast as the portrait counterpart.

It will be if you first go to siri suggestions or spotlight while in landscape prior to using 3D touch.

My 4g coverage is far more better with that one...

Lol seriously only 35Mb on iPhone 6... What could have changed except this is a GM...

Nope. Didn't ****ing fix it. Wtf apple this is common sense. I can't imagine it uses more power
they really didnt think this one through. by the time the sun set and you would need it is usually the time of the day you are low in power as well so basically i never get to use it. dumb as f
Wait to find out the reason before calling it a stupid decision. It may end up actually being a stupid decision, but we can't know yet.

Knowing Apple they won't tell us....and it worked fine in the early beta's without any adverse effects that I could see. Unless they show me this magically caused battery drain (which makes no sense) this is a ridiculous move...I usually am not critical but this makes the biggest feature of 9.3 useless for me a majority of the time.

still crossing fingers for nightshift support on 32 bit devices... (so naive)
You're just going to have to break down and install flux on it. While Apple made the devs take the side load instructions down, the files you need are still available on github. It's a tiny bit glitchy on my iPad 4 but it works.

Yes I had this behaviour also.

34.2 MB on my 5S. Don't updates on newer phones usually end up larger?

If they did traditionally they don't this time; I can confirm 31MB on my 6s as well.
