I wish they'd fix the slow glitchy beachball that is Safari. Uses so much energy.
These articles are more or less copy and paste, seems to me MR repeats this over and over.
Similar issue with app updates. So many simply say "Bug Fixes". So, what were the bugs?Graphics driver updates, for sure.
Finder version 10.12.2?
New version with bug fixes for Mail.app?
Etc.
Haven't tried the 10.12.2 betas, so just guessing about Finder and Mail, but should be pretty easy for someone to compare with what the versions are in macOS 10.12.1.
But why Apple doesn't provide more detailed changes is a bit sad I think. Maybe they don't think it's worth the time it takes to list it all. Better to just fix the problems and move on.![]()
You didn't use an emoji in your response. How am I to understand what your tone is? Do you think I have time to read full words for goodness sake?!?!Stale, overused complaint. Try to be more innovative with your comments than Apple has been with their hardware lately...

No, it makes it worse, my percentage is dropping by the minute, and the watt usage has increased about 30-40% for the same tasksThe big question is...any improvement regarding battery life of new MBP with TB?!
I updated at it drastically improved the battery life issues I was having on my 15inch MBP 2016. I was getting an average of 2-3 hours. That seems to have beed addressed with this new update v6.No, it makes it worse, my percentage is dropping by the minute, and the watt usage has increased about 30-40% for the same tasks

Yeah should be more like the logic x update notes, those show almost all fixes
v5 was killing me. Another forum recommended I reinstall MacOS in recovery mode. That didn't work seemed to get worse then I updated to v5 and then v6 back to back and it resolved my issues I'm on my second machine because these problems were even worse on my first unit. I have been sitting at 99-98% for 34 minutes. I have the 2.9 Radeon 460 unit.interesting, few people including myself are having opposite experience. I have gone from 46% to 38% in 12 minutes
That's assuming that Apple (externally) provides such release notes that list changes between betas.Yeah, at least maybe provide a web link with more info on the changes?
Yup. Or like the Safari Tech Preview Release Notes:

This is 4 times better performance then I was getting and actually the estimate keeps going upAs someone else said, there is hope that this is changing with different software versions which means hopefully it can be fixed with software
One other point to note I also upgraded to the Microsoft office fast insider version. Word and Outlook were consuming a lot of power tooThis is 4 times better performance then I was getting and actually the estimate keeps going up
