I've used until PB5. Then uninstalled because it wasn't as snappy as High Sierra. Apps & system preferences took noticeably longer to open.

Did things improve ?

Just installed today's beta on my production 2018 MacBook Pro. Works great so far with all my apps, except one tiny thing. Silverlight. We use it on our internal website for options on our homes we build. I guess they deprecated it. Guess I will have to find an alternate way to check those.
Deprecated? Didn’t Microsoft give up on Silverlight years ago?

Generally, I haven't ever had major problems with any release of macOS since Mac OS X was first released in March 2001, but macOS Mojave seems to be the most solid beta release I've seen in a long time. I've been testing the developer builds since the initial release at WWDC and I have been very impressed. When the gold master gets released, I will install it on one of my Macs instead of the external Thunderbolt SSD I've been using. I will (of course) make a complete clone of my system first so I can run back to macOS High Sierra if needed.

Is Mojave ready for release. Not yet!

Overall it is looking pretty good. However, I am still seeing crashes with Preview and unexpected behavior with FaceTime and Photos.

This is a generally unhelpful post. I'm not seeing those crashes, but if you shared how or when you see them, we can also test to see if it's isolated to your configuration. It's also helpful to attest to what happens in this "unexpected behavior".

IMO, I've been using Mojave on my production machine for two weeks now. It has been gold. No crashes. No hiccups. Smooth as a hot knife through butter.

Looks like it could be a solid upgrade for me coming from OSX Sierra.

Would it be worth doing a ‘clean’ install from USB I wonder when the GM gets released?

Yesterday, while working in Photos, I noticed that once I clicked to view a shared album, I couldn’t click out of the album. If I tried to view all photos or any other album, I could only see photos in the shared album. I had to quit Photos and relaunch to get out of the album. Happened 3 times, then started working normally. Photos was syncing with iCloud at the time.

Is that not something you can test on a tool like BrowserStack?

Received a note from Apple - Verified, will be fixed.
