its the control panel swipe down indicator lol Apple added a line for it, good gawd :(

Geez, how dimwitted do they think we are that we need it thrown in our face after we’ve already learned about it.
Of course they’ll know a lot more than me so I guess it must be an important improvement?

Does it let me turn W

Well that makes it clearer what is happening, so that is a step forward. But I would still prefer the ability to turn Wifi and/or bluetooth off altogether in CC like I used to be able to do.

WHAAAATTTTT ..... one cannot turn off Wifi / Bluetooth anymore .... that's plain stupid, I don't want that running all the time .... or am I misunderstanding something!?!?

Okay I just found this info ... http://osxdaily.com/2017/10/04/how-disable-wifi-bluetooth-ios-11/ ... well, that's still stupid ... so I will be waiting for 11.2 and hoping it will again be possible to turn-off Bluetooth and Wifi easily and directly from CC !?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

Have you read any of the discussions on this topic? This needs to be there.

I know for the first day or so that my iPhone X had a little animated icon that would appear in the top right corner showing that control center was accessed by swiping down. . . It has since gone away. I guess it's just there for a limited time?

I wonder if someone has seen the message “Turn on Bluetooth to allow “App Store” to connect to accessories “ every time the app starts and bluetooth is off.
It happens since 11.2 Beta 2
Thanks.

The new Now Playing option for ATV in Control center, isn’t that part of Airplay 2? Why isn’t this huge new feature not mentioned? Should be included with iOS 11.2 for the release of HomePod.

My wife's iPhone 6s autocapitalizes random words in mid sentence. We hoped 11.1.1 would fix it, but no such luck. I've read reports that others are also experiencing the frustrating bug.

Yes! It does this for me too. Like I typed in the word test mid sentence earlier today and it capitalized it.

Has anyone else had an issue with their alarm on 11.2 b2? It's like 50/50 if it'll make a sound for me. I've had to start wearing my watch overnight to ensure my alarm wakes me up.

I suppose not everyone who buys these things will be completely technology minded. God help me when my Dad decides he wants one. He likes to have the latest gadgets but uses precisely zero of their abilities, other than to drive me up the wall asking the same question again and again and again and....

I thought it was just me that was happening to with the alarm not making any noise.. must be an issue with the beta.

Is it a temporary thing then? I've never noticed it on mine.
I believe so. Like some type of a tips thing that shows up at some point and then goes away (based on various threads that I've come across about it).

Is it known that they aren't doing anything in relation to battery life?
They haven’t addressed it in updates so far. Still charging my iPhone 6 3+ times a day. Restored my phone several times and set it up brand new each time. It’s happening to several people I know with 6. My fiance has the 6s and she has no issues.

Not only experienced that, but also random incoming notification sounds fail to sound from time to time.... frustrating and hope this new beta resolves.
