Apple Seeds Third Beta of macOS Big Sur 11.3 to Developers

I have just noticed that Snooze options are back for Calendar alerts!

Memory swap because of RAM is starting to get annoying. Just doing simple tasks in and with Safari, Outlook, Word and Excel in the last our resulted in 2GB of swapping in the last hour. Never happened until the last update of Big Sur. Ridiculous. Hope the next update fixes this.

After installing this beta I'm seeing a major issue on my MacbookPro M1 where my LG Ultrafine 5K display connected via thunderbolt has a constant flicker across the whole right side of the screen from top to bottom almost like a straight line. No issue with built in display. Power cycling the display or using the other thunderbolt port has no effect.

Good news so what most people would call a hardware issue or a faulty monitor which I also was afraid of was indeed a software issue. Once I installed 11.3 Beta (20E5210c) my monitor issue which was constant is now completely gone!
