It's an user issue, new user doesn't have the problem, but I don't know how to fix it. Clearing cache and the "put the whole disk or user folder in exceptions" trick didn't work. Not a huge deal but it's def annoying.

Set cmd+space to launchpad instead so i at least can use it as a launcher. I'll live with this in the mean time instead of starting off with a brand new user.
Same issue (also on M1 MBA), with the same solution. Turns out I mostly use spotlight as an app launcher anyway. :p Had powerd at 100%, but that seems to have resolved itself. Most buggy beta for me so far.

Updated ok but it doesn’t recognise my sd card reader on usb anymore. It still recognises my usb external drive though. Could be a fault with the drive but seems a coincidence

I had installed PB2 on my M1 MBA. It wasn't so much the OS but the apps that would not run with it. Some were important to my workflow, so I rolled back to Monterey. I am checking on PB3, but it doesn't look encouraging from the comments here. I've seen a chart on app compatibility with PB1, but it looks like it was just the apps that person used. And, it was PB1. Has anyone seen a more comprehensive chart that is maintained with releases? Thanks.
