Installed Developer Beta 12 and the popup is finally gone.

And here I was, annoyed, refreshing the update page, hard rebooting, thinking that for some reason my phone wasn’t seeing the update, then boom, update’s there today and i’m like “finally!”

Only to realize in hindsight it was a bug.

It seems it's not only the pop window.
My phone is failing to reconnect to known wi-fi networks especially after wi-fi gets turned off-on from the control center. Downloading now to see if it would fix that problem.

I ironically had that happen for the last day or so on iOS 11.4.1 until I realized that I was never on the final for weeks

I can't believe all of you who are excited about this update removing the bug which definitely wasn't "plaguing" your devices. You should embrace the bugs as you knew that you would encounter them because it is beta software.
