My iPad is on 11.4.1, and it's been receiving the same pop-up since yesterday but says to "please update from the iOS 11 beta"

Delete the beat profile and then run update on the phone. this fixed mine.

If you're on the on the iOS beta, they won't help you...usually. You'll have to be on the latest production build.
