Apple Seeds Twelfth Beta of iOS 12 Following Update Alert Bug

Is the update 16A5365b? I installed the update dated 8/31/2018 and my phone lists my version as 16A5365b. However I'm still getting the pop-up.
The update is 16A5366a. Try to restart your phone and check for updates again.
I'm not seeing the update. I was on the dev beta track and it wasn't showing so I reinstalled the public beta profile instead, but that's not showing the update either. Anyone else with this issue?
I did try restarting as well.

My 6 month old iPhone X is at 91% ...

OK thanks now it says I have 16A5366a. So far, no pop-up.
It’s been happening to me on my iPhone X since I installed the last public beta but it’s not happening on my 9.5” iPad Pro. I was about to file a bug report. Looks like I won’t have to.
That seems to forget about beta 7. Which had to be pulled.

Well, that's just great. Now we have a paradox.
Since there is an update, this isn't a bug--the notification is valid. Therefore, they should remove the beta 12 from the repository. But, that would cause the dialog to be a lie, so now the bug is back. You see the predicament I'm in?

Not for me , fixed and that's the joys of beta testing. So many people on here bitch and moan and just don't get it.
You want a million beta users to find bugs that are only encountered by one in a million users. Of course you should avoid bugs like this one that everyone encounters.
