Smart Shuffle...makes shuffle mode actually shuffle. I could never understand why every time I randomize 6000+ songs, I hear songs from the same album/artist within close proximity of each other. This will be nice :)

before you die, do you know if those folders will then transfer down to your ipod? or will that be an 'itunes only' feature?

i would put my money on an ipod update to be out at the same time as iT5. of course it will be for the click-wheel ipods only and not on the 3G. but, i wonder if the phone will support it.

thanks clayj - I thought it would be a flip phone. looks alright, nothing special though. it'll be interesting to see it in person.

not that it really matters to me - I have verizon and I doubt they'll ever offer it. They'd rather suck every penny out of me themselves.

I'm already a Cingular customer, so it wouldn't be hard for me to get this new phone... but there is absolutely ZERO chance that I will.

There had better be more news to come, or I'm gonna be annoyed.

iTunes 5 = Thumbs Up
HP (Harry Potter, not Hewlett Packard ;P) iPod = have to have have it.
No REAL new products = BIG Thumbs Down.

Ditto...Apple hasn't "wowed" me in a while.
 
I'd be more excited if Apple released iTunes applications for Symbian UIQ based phones like my Motorola A1000. Hell, why not release it for Windows Mobile devices as well?

Anyway, when will the more interesting stuff happen? Come on, video iPods, less boring Cingular guy or whatever is happening now.
