Too expensive.

and it's Fox... (shudder)
Aren't these shows FREE on sites like Hulu? Why would I want to pay anything fro something that's free? Is this where we're going?
Hell, I have a DVR, so no thanks.
Still interested in replacing my Apple TV with the new one, but it better have some other cool features or it's a no-go.

Here's a thought: What if Apple could allow the new AppleTV to not only watch OnDemand content via streaming, but also allow LIVE content (sporting events, concerts) to be streamed to it.

tv is so boring. 99 cents won't make me want to watch more of that drivel.

Now give me live sports of my home teams! that's what i'm talkin bout.

interesting how abc/fox were the only ones onboard with this. others want to wait and see.

I don't understand this strategy... ABC already gives away its stuff for free on the ABC player, and virtually everything on FOX (for the last 20 years) is available on Hulu Plus, which is $9.95 a month - 10 rentals in a month, and you're losing out.

TV rentals is the worst idea Apple has come up with since the Pippin.
