I read the slides. They're trying to shill the base MacBook Air model ($999 retail) with 256 GB of storage. Cursory glance at Best Buy shows laptops with 1TB of storage can often priced at even lower price points like $799 (plus the storage is upgradable while it's not on Macs). Getting the same 16GB/1TB combo in a Mac is $1399 minimum.
They also have arguments against PCs listing the need to buy antivirus software, which hasn't been needed for a long time now as Windows Defender is built-in to Windows for free and it actually gets good ratings.
Also a bunch of slides about Apple Intelligence and how that helps the student write correct sentences (lol). Microsoft has Copilot so that's not a big differentiator.
