Absolutely disagree. While I wish there were a few more features in iOS7 that aren't there (quick reply to text messages without unlocking or leaving the app your in), and I probably wouldn't have redesigned it in color pattern/choice the way they did if it were up to me (which it's not), now that I've been using it through the Beta stages, I couldn't imagine going back to iOS6. I tried to use my wife's iOS6 iP5 the other day, and already I've started to realize that I've become accustomed to a number of the new features in iOS7 and longed for them in iOS6.

A lot of people are afraid of change. But give it some time, and most will realize there's usually a pretty good reason for the change.
 
Apple has added new productivity features with iOS7, but I can agree with you on the UI changes. My style fits more to into gloss, embossment, contrast categories. A sudden spring of flat everywhere is not going to convince me to switch despite the new features. I will need to be eased into it. So for me, in that aspect, I wish Apple wouldve taken a slower approach on the redesign. Other than that, I see iOS7 as a regular annual upgrade.
