Anyone order before the 16th, that is still processing? That must be having some major problems with shipping out of China. MBP 16/1TB by the way.
Yes. Been waiting since the 13th. Same configuration as you. Order is heading to Michigan. Supposed to be here by the 8th.

Unfortunately, I haven’t seen any updates or changes. UPS still claims to be delivering tomorrow before the end of day. So we will see.

STILL no update. It still claims to be delivering today, but I haven’t seen any scans of it even being in my state. Last scan is still 12/01 at 9:33 PM Departed from Facility in Anchorage, AK.

I don’t think I’ll get it today. :(

M1 Macbook Air base model
ordered on nov 22
supposed to be shipped between dec 2 - 9
no charge on cc yet
shipping express delivery to Dallas, TX
Ain't got nuthin yet. Probably just now getting painted in the factory. You got any pull with Apple from the afterlife, Jobs?

Exactly the same order date, model and delivery dates but shipping to Minnesota. No charges yet on credit card either.

I think there’s 6 more flights to Louisville from ANC today.

edit: there’s 7
But... why? There were 7 flights last night, with half of them being 747s. Many of them had plenty of time for the packages to transfer from our flight from Shanghai to the Louisville flight. There must have been capacity on those flights, there has to be some specific reason our packages didn't make those flights. I think there might be something abnormal going on with the charter plane so it didn't get imported back in to UPS's system/supply chain.

Same here. Stuck in China for over two weeks and now stuck in Anchorage. Ugh!

I think the problem and backlog is far larger than we are appreciating (and way beyond Apple). For UPS to stop picking up packages from Nike and others as of today, they must have a huge problem on their hands and their system must be really off the rails in terms of ability to move things through.

My M1 Air (silver, 16gb, 512gb) i ordered on 24/11 has been shipped on tuesday according to apple. DHL tracking link says shipment information recieved. The package is supposed to be shipped from eindhoven to my location (near Frankfurt). Anybody with the same situation? I guess the Macbook is still in china, am i right?

For me, I got preparing to ship early in the morning and "shipped" in the evening, about ~12 hours apart. It's taken longer for others, however.
@rbf1138 and @Yeetmcstuffins last night I moved to “shipped” on my 8/8 16/512 MBA placed 11/18.

Received shipped email with FedEx tracking early morning. Currently in Shanghai starting the journey to NYC. Delivery date changed from quoted 12/11-18 to 12/14 on Apple.com and FedEx has 12/9 scheduled.

Anyone else been waiting so long they've started getting nostalgic for their current mac. My 2014 MBP 15 and I have been through a lot. (I ordered 11/11)

Can you file a claim if you don't?
I’m not sure? I already asked Apple for an investigation on Monday, but no word from them. I think after the date is passed, ups has a button to file a claim if I don’t get it? But I’m not so sure on that. I’ll keep checking today and pray that it just shows up.

Currently I am that frustrated I am wishing to not have sold my old Mac and being able to just cancel my current order. Better going with my old Mac than going with no Mac for Weeks.

Oh yeah, selling your old one before receiving the new one was definitely a risky move.

I doubt you'll get anywhere with a claim. I've dealt with UPS for shipments from my business, and even during a regular holiday season they'll usually suspend performance guarantees and not allow claims unless they're exceptional (e.g. arriving weeks late). This year? I doubt you'd get anywhere. Plus you'd spend a long time trying to get a response because they're probably slammed with similar requests.

It's also interesting to see that everyone here thinks all the UPS flights from Shanghai are only loaded with Apple products. I am sure there are people paying UPS more to move stuff out of China.

MBP 16/1TB BTO ordered on Nov 10 delayed until Jan 6 - Jan 13 now...anyone else seeing this?...was supposed to be here between today and next week now pushed back a month

11/30-12/7
Mine still shows delivery date between 12/2-12/9, but cc has not yet been charged and still says processing. Spoke to Apple support again this morning and was assured it will arrive within the delivery window. Not sure how if it is going to be shipped from China. Apple support says some MBP 16GB/1TB orders are being shipped from US warehouses. Keeping my finger crossed that is the case.

UPS literally wrote on the status that there was a Carter flight for Apple volume.
People are paying UPS more to move stuff out of China, and Apple is one of them.

The problem now is that there is no updates for more than 24hrs since last departure scan from Anchorage.

Did you get a shipped notification? Mine was ordered on the 15th and still says processing.

Lucky for me I had package from Nike delivered on time earlier this week. More generally I find the accuracy of delivery dates varies depending upon origin location and service level. Deliveries from West Coast (Bay Area or Sothern CA) to my location tend to be on time or occasionally early. Lower service levels (ie ground) particularly from east coast are often late. I also think that part of the capacity problem may be due to increased numbers of drivers and other workers being ill and not being accounted for in delivery system software.
