Now if only NightStand mode on the Apple Watch worked like a little clock. They need to make it have an option for

1. Always on!
2. Change the brightness levels!

Who wants to reach over and try to find a watch to tap in the middle of the night to see the time, I sleep near the middle of a king size bed, my arm doesn't reach that far!! Also when I do hit it, it lights up so much in the room!! Its way to bright!!! Give us the option to adjust the brightness levels to our environment!! It's so simple Apple, you think you would have thought of it.

It's so sensitive. You only need to tap your bedside unit and it'll light up.

If the display was always on, it'd damage the screen over time.

Ugh, so instead of easily accessible information we have to click/tap away to find about prices? I think it's bad for the consumer. :\
Research has shown that the consumers were confused by the iPads and weren't sure what is for sale. I am actually being serious.

These stands are listed as not compatible with the link bracelet- why? Is it too heavy?

What a rip-off!!

I went into the Apple store after work hoping to pick one up, given that I need a charging station and an extra cable. But for $35 (CDN) it doesn't include the cable. All you are getting is a block of rubber/plastic.

HOW can they charge so much! I'ts worth $10 at most!

Well, I picked up one of the Elevation Labs Nightstands this morning at the Apple Store. Taking it back tomorrow. The magnet on the Apple Watch charger is too weak to hold the weight of the watch alone with a stainless band on it. Much less once you start pushing on the crown and side button when using the alarm functions in Nightstand mode. This company has what looks to be a much better designed product for nightstand mode. Although they won't start shipping another batch until 9/28:

You didn't think that Apple would let them sell a $30 stand that comes with a charging cable in the same store where Apple is selling their own chargers for $29/$39, did you? You're so cute.

Seriously, none of the stands I have seen come with a cable. They all require you to use the one that came with your watch.
