I don't know what issue you have with your phone, but mine works fine on iOS 13. I am one of the few people who never had an issue with iOS updates, everything just worked fine after the update.
From one of my other comments-
Sorry no its very far from it. I would pay to get iOS 12 on my 11 Pro.
I get random freezes even on the home screen and my new phone gets hot on the odd occasion.
I've not had so many freezes since iOS 7 days. It's terrible.
Even just now I'm getting random lock screen glitches when dragging down notification centre.
My iPhone 7 on 12.4.1 runs heaps better

From one of my other comments-

Honestly i don't know what your problem is, are you that frustrated and bitter? Bad experience with Apple? iOS 12 was a great release and better than iOS 11. iOS 13 wasn't the best so far, yes, but i was just stating my opinion. It works fine on my device, so i can recommend the upgrade to anyone asking.

I have never experienced the issues you face with your 11 Pro. Maybe bring your iPhone into the Apple Store for service, could be a hardware problem.

IOS13 has been good for me since day 1

many only issue is it constantly refreshes an app after you leave the app for like 20+ seconds.

I haven’t updated to to the version that’s suppose to “fix” this but hopefully it does cus it’s annoying

obsolescence?
So why did Apple ban and prevent the install of iOS 11 when iOS 12 came out and sped everything up? What about those that were excluded from upgrading to iOS 13?

Oh no! What a cruel fate to be locked to iOS 12 and never be able to upgrade to iOS 13 or roll back to iOS 11.... woe unto me.

Approximately when do you think we will see the public release of 13.3?

Many say iOS 12 is the biggest pile of crap ever foisted on users. What’s your point? Every release of every version of iOS is declared a piece of crap by many. Let’s face it, technology isn’t for everyone.

Really?
Have not seen that kind of data. Where did you see those complains?
My point is, 13 is like 11, I have seen far more people on here stating that there are issues here and there than 12.
In this thread alone, I am seeing about a 40:60 split. That alone is enough for me not to get 13 at all.

I have already been into Apple and had a full retail swap. So yes iOS 13 is definitely still really buggy.
I’m not the only one with lots of issues but I’ve had no Mail issues like I’ve seen the most reports about.
It’s really not a great idea to recommend anyone to update until 13.3 if they fix up more of the mess...
More people have problems than not

Yeah 13 is worse than 11, it’s like iOS 7/8 which were a mess at the start.
Yet 12.0 public was the most stable first release ever by a long shot

It works for me. I don't know why, but i have not experienced known and well discussed issues like the Mail App or the RAM Management. Maybe my phone is the exception, i don't know.

It was a disappointing release, yes, but it works so far. Atleast 13.1 and later versions were stable enough to update to.

I hated the iOS 13 Public Beta though. I installed the Public Beta 1 at Release (which is the Dev Beta 2) and it was insanely laggy and buggy, so i went back to iOS 12 the next day. I know - it's a Beta - but i had no real issues with the Public Betas of iOS 10, 11 and 12, i always updated to them straight away and then to the Final Version in September.

Well, one little Bug that i still have under 13.2.3 is the Calendar one, not sure if others also experienced this. The Icon of the Calendar App in the Multitasking always shows the Wrong Day. Restarted the phone etc... didn't help. But that's something i can ignore. For example, right now it shows Sunday, the 24th. That was like 1,5 weeks ago. But only in the Multitasking, the icon on the homescreen shows the correct date.
