do you guys get screen protectors or just deal with how easy it gets fingerprints on it despite the oleophobic screen?

Oleophobic doesn't mean fingerprint proof, it just means that the oils don't ever stick to the glass, but rather "float" on top of it. This makes it harder to see fingerprints, but also makes it super easy to clean. Seriously a single wipe of a cloth and it's shiny just like new. There is no need for a screen protector, though the Smart Cover might do well to protect it when it's not in use I guess. Plus the Smart Cover will help clean the fingerprints when not in use as well.
