Used the iPhone app. Instead of "Replace your phone", which was unavailable for my desired model, I chose "Replace another line on your account".

Entered my Verizon information on current phone.

Order went through.

Got a confirmation email saying my order is being processed.

iPhone 6 Plus 64GB Verizon. Delivers 9/19.
 
I have the same problem.. Was able to order and got my order ID but no confirmation email yet either nor can I check my order status online ordered at 3:10 and now I'm worried.

My CC was preauthorized and i have the order number but no confirmation email yet
 
It too multiple MULTIPLE times of add to cart, added, add to card, added... and then check out, check out... blah blah but finally worked

Back to bed now
 
The 6 Plus was sold out in less than 5 minutes - by the time I had entered my address it was already October 30
Meh.. ah oh well then I don't mind waiting because it's the iPhone that I want.
The nearest Apple store to me I think is Southampton, no way am I getting one there lol.
 
After flipping through all of the options a million times, I was finally able to order 2 gold iPhones. At first it looks like they're sold out on the iPad app, but I guess not.
 
Thank you to whoever first posted that ATT.com was up early. I got the two phones I wanted (64 gb iPhone 6 in Space Grey and 64gb iPhone 6 in Silver) both before 2am Central. Confirmation emails at 2:02 and 2:11 Central time and both orders showing when I click the links in the confirmation emails.

I was staying up to get cases, but they've never shown available on the Apple Store App. Will try to get those tomorrow.

SAME exact situation. I'll try tomorrow. Will probably be a few weeks to a month to get the case.
 
I got an email at 12:50 am pacific time saying "Your order is being processed" ... I got the iphone 6 + space gray 64gb... I kinda thought about it twice before picking the iphone 6 + over the iphone 6... I currently have the iphone 5 so i was like screw it might as well upgrade all the way.

Almost every model shows unavailable. Not sure what's going on. They can't be sold out. Their crap just isn't working.
 
This has to be the stupidest thing I've done in a long time - clicking Refresh on Apple website for over an hour at 2am for a stupid phone. F u Apple and the horse you rode on, I'm going to bed. This is not worth it...

We all know you're still up :p

I've been sitting here for 3 hours now, first in anticipation, then in anguish. I may miss school tomorrow for this. Hoping for that Silver 6, 64GB! :apple:
 
Clear cookies or use incognito mode!

For those of you trying to access the App Store from a web browser, make sure to use incognito mode (Chrome) or clear your cookies. This worked for me and I was able to place an order for a T-Mobile iPhone 6.

As of right now I still can't access the store from my regular Chrome window but I am able to access it from an incognito window.

It seems that there is some error (probably related to the extreme load, or maybe it goes away when people cancel orders they started?) where it defaults to that message, but it is not necessarily accurate. I would keep trying, it seems that message can change.
