Wow, that was frustrating but finally was able to place order thru the Apple app on my iPhone. Ended up with 3 phones in cart, and blew off adding Apple care + since it just wouldn't take and add to cart.

Each step took several reload attempts but finally received confirmation on a 6+ 64 GB Space Gray for store pickup on the 19th.

Yeah, that's weird, I wanted to add AppleCare+, but could not find anywhere in the app to add it to the order. You'd think they'd pitch that right on the phone page, or at checkout, no? There was an AppleCare description page linked front he iPhone 6 order page, but no "Add to cart" button or whatever. I know I can add it later, but very strange they would make it so inconvenient.

For those of you ordering through the iOS app, expect a lot of Try Again Later error popups and spinning wheels where it looks like nothing is happening. Click through the errors and try again, when you get the spinning wheels, let them go, it usually is actually processing, it's just super slow.
 
I have a message that we're "processing the order" and I'll receive an e-mail confirmation.. I have an order # and everything so am I good to go...? I'm just hoping all went through
 
When ordering through ATT website... if you are on the ATT Premier Plan...is the Shop Express...Order Confirmation....Thank You for your order...page pop up standard? It gives me an order ID...but I don't receive an email or anything. I "check the status" of the Order ID and it is not recognized. Is anyone else experiencing the same thing? Did I order or is it a "false positive" page that I receive?

I got the same, but in all fairness the "Check order status" page does say it may take 24 hours for the order ID to be recognized.
 
Got mine through AT&T website after several tries - iPhone 6 Plus 64GB Space Gray. I tried through the Apple Store app but it would tell me this option was currently unavailable. My worry now is weather AT&T will be able to deliver it on the 19. Their order status is not working for orders made in less than 24 hours.
 
iOS app now showing the silver 4.7" 128 available... all others not. I'm hoping they're coming online now, and not truly sold out.
 
Almost one hour in, I still have yet to see apple.com come up. The app has come up a few times, but never order able. It usually crashes when I select the carrier, or says "not available" with no option to add to cart.
 
Anyone ever see this before? What does this mean lol

What a farce.

Managed to order a 4.7" 64 gig in gold for my Wife and a 64 gig 5.5" in silver for me.

Both are showing as delivery on 19th.

I just hope Apple don't use the same team as they did for the iPhone Keynote and the pre orders.

If it helps, neither the app nor Chrome worked for me, but Safari did (AMEN for Express Checkout).

I had to place 2 separate orders for the 2 phones, but I've also now had the confirmation emails.

I am in the same situation. Order confirmed via on screen order number but no email.
 
If you are trying to upgrade an ATT iPhone that you have in your hand…

Use that iPhone!

Turn off the wifi on that iPhone, so that you're using ATT's LTE data network!

Launch the Apple Store app, and proceed from there.

That worked for me. You get to a point where it asks you if you want to upgrade THIS phone, you say yes, then the rest of the process goes right through.

At about 3:50AM I placed the order this way to upgrade my ATT iPhone. Chose to pick it up at an Apple store. Says it will be available on 9/19. Got the order email receipt. Says they'll send another email to confirm when it's ready for pickup.

I was going to order from the AT&T website but stopped when I saw "Your Apple iPhone 6 Plus – 64GB – Space Gray will ship in 14-21 business days"
I was able to order one from the apple store app, it showed currently unavailable for awhile but after many retries it showed them back for delivery on the 19th. I got a few more errors on the next few steps but have mine ordered.
 
Got Mine through At&t!

Had to use the AT&T website. I had to do two separate transactions since I was 1) transferring a number from VZ to ATT (adding a line to my current family plan), and 2) upgrading one of my current phones. I got a 64GB gold and a 64GB "space gray", both iPhone 6's. Let's hope it actually all goes through!! Now I get to go back to sleep for a few hours before work. :cool:
 
Glad I didn't order a case with it.

UK Silicon case: Dispatched: 2-3 weeks

I ordered a case, and the case delivery happens separately, so the case will not hold up your iPhone delivery (I might actually get the case before the phone, according to the confirmation email).

I think they have iPhones in their standard size boxes sitting in some warehouse, ready to ship, and they are not going to bother with packaging them with whatever accessories we might order.

I got the same page and no email confirmation yet and the order # is not in that page yet. My CC was preauthorized however so I think we are good to go.
