Excited for the new iPads, Mine has been on its last leg for months now but keep holding off since I knew a new one was right around the corner and the Mini LED is going to be a huge improvement!
Still no idea why it bothers people?Still no idea why they do this, certainly not six hours before the event.
This is MR everyone here takes things too seriously!Looking forward to the following from today:
Whatever is, is folks. Enjoy the event and don't take it too seriously.
- Multiple "apple releases/announces" posts here.
- The live blog which I actually appreciate very much.
- The "everything apple announced" post.
- The multiple "hands-on with" posts.
If they actually *need* to take the store off line to introduce new products, or pricing - then they didn't build it very well.Generates hype, and gives the store masters time to get everything switched over I suppose.
Sorry, but Tim doesn't have the chutzpah to pull that off.I bet Tim say one more thing and pulls a AirTag out of his pocket at the end.
Tim has 5pocket denim..so he could pull the airtag from the small pocket like steve did with the ipod miniSorry, but Tim doesn't have the chutzpah to pull that off.
Not ALWAYS. The only two times I know of where the products actually lived up to the hype are the announcements of the original iPhone and iPad.Let’s get real -the anticipation is always way better than the actual products.

Supposedly because they cannot disable all there web / store clients at once and it has to be done little by little, country by country. Hopefully you get the idea.Still no idea why they do this, certainly not six hours before the event.
