Guys, would appreciate some inputs.
The current delivery estimates for 13 Pro show as 3rd - 10th Dec.
1. Any probability of that getting delivered by last week of Nov?
2. Is there a possibility of cancelling it after it's shipped and I get refund for my order?

1. Most of the time you will get it before their estimated delivery dates, but also you can get it on that week that was estimated.
2. Once your order goes to preparing to ship And is shipped, you cannot cancel the order. You’d have to wait for delivery and then initiate the return. However, you could talk to Apple and see what they can do while your package is enroute. Since they are the shipper, I believe they could technically contact UPS/Fedex and intercept the package and have them be rerouted to their Apple Return warehouses.
Nope, only been able to get my phone through store pick up when stock became available. I don’t think the stores are at the point where you can just walk in and buy.
Pro’s and Pro Max are hard to come by for walk in’s. by the time you see it online And decide to buy it as walk-in they are gone in minutes.

Mine actually shipped on Nov 5th but has been stuck in Memphis at FedEX since then with no tracking updates other than "arrived at FedEX hub" - worried it has been lost/stolen. My trade-in box got here on time though, and when I asked Apple if I had to ship my current phone back they told me yes it has to be within 15 days... so now I am without a phone until my new one comes, if it ever does. 
I just received my blue 13 Pro 512Gb and found out same day that I won't be able to use it (I have an international eSIM that apparently cannot be easily transferred to a new phone without me traveling to its country of origin, so I am stuck with my old one for now). I will be returning it to the Apple Store on Boylston Street in Boston - I wonder if someone wants to piggy back and snatch it right away? I haven't even opened the box.
Probably best to sell it. Because even if you were to return it to the apple store unopened, they unfortunately have to send it back and mark it ”Opened”
I just sold my used for 40 days Pro Max 1TB sierra blue for a small profit. May as well list it for a bit higher than your cost.
