I had a 12 Pro and had been on the hunt for a 13 Pro Max for over a week. I randomly checked the Apple Store App today and saw my local store had a 128gb 13 Pro Max in Graphite. I jumped at the opportunity and picked it up around 1:30 pm. I have never had to fight as much as I have this year to get the new iPhone. I had a 512gb 13 Pro Max in Sierra Blue lined up yesterday. By the time I finished the phone call I was on to try to complete the order it was gone. I upgrade every year and felt like I just had to take whatever was available this year. I didn't want to have to wait until mid December to get the phone either. Thankful I got my hands on one today.

Have they re-ordered it yet? Keep checking on it all day, everyday. My 13 Pro arrived Saturday…due this Wednesday. Once Apple said FedEx had it, I immediately started in on FedEx tracking it and even asking the virtual help where was my package. I learn something that day. FedEx told me although Apple stated it was shipped, it had not been picked up yet. Apple said it had shipped Friday morning but FedEx did not pick it up from Apple until Friday night. I signed up for all the free FedEx notifications and FedEx got it to me Saturday. I hopes this helps.
And I hope your second go around is better.
 
Here's the timeline of my order. Based on this, unless Apple figures something out, I think anyone hoping to get one for Christmas is already out of luck, or you need to get really good at sniping for pickup in a store:

20-Oct: Ordered; Status "Processing", Delivery estimate: 18-Nov -- 26-Nov
26-Oct: Delivery estimate changed to 16-Nov -- 23-Nov
8-Nov?: Status changed to "Preparing to Ship" (not exactly sure when this happened, but there was a long time between when this became the status, and when any further movement happened later).
19-Nov: (11:30 PM) Apple status changed to "Shipped"; Delivery estimate: 23-Nov; UPS status “label created”
21-Nov: (1:44 PM) Origin scan; (3:21 PM) Departed facility
22-Nov: Out for delivery

I wasn't able to see any movement, either through Apple Store app, UPS, or FedEx apps until UPS had a "label created" status. In the past (and others have said), I could see it leaving China, going through customs, etc., but this time that info wasn't available.
 
I ordered two phones yesterday afternoon, an iPhone 13 Pro in Blue and a 13 Pro Plus in Graphite, both 256 GB and we have an appointment to pick them up in the morning at our local Apple Store. It looks like we just got really lucky on that order. I did have to go with the Blue instead of the Gold on mine, in order to get it that soon. Would have rather had the Gold but don’t want to wait on delivery.
 
Yep FedEx confirmed they "lost" my iPhone 13 Pro Max... So now I have to wait for Apple to ship another one. I am just dreading if they ship FedEx again.
 
I got really lucky with mine. I went to the apple store in lima Ohio. And there was only 1 1:pM, 256 gig in the blue. The exact one that I wanted. So I picked it up.
 
So I pre-ordered the Sierra blue, as did a lot of people, and while most are loving it I don't really like it (it's too dark/gray for me) so I'm planning on exchanging it for a gold (since I had a silver 12PM for the past year) and there's no availability for any color, carrier OR storage size of the 13 Pro Max anywhere... I don't remember it being like this last year with the 12 series. Anybody else surprised by the lack of 13 Pro/Max inventory? Considering gold is usually the least sought after color I'm definitely surprised there's none available in any storage size anywhere... The chip shortage is real, y'all!

Your Iphone is always going to be in a case so who cares about the color? Lol
 
So I checked the supply several times today using the iPhone in stock checker site and this afternoon stock turned up. I cancelled the phone I had on order which had a delivery date of 12/1 - 12/8 and was still in processing. :mad: When I tried doing that a couple of weeks back the phone was gone by the time my order cancelled so I reordered.
Anyway, I get it tomorrow. Yay!

Ordered a pro on the 29th, states delivery dec, 7-14.

I am still running a iPhone 7 lol.
When it arrives it arrives.

Kinda been revamping my charging setup, and getting a few cases with the mag charge deal.

I like the magnets to charge it has worked well over the years with my Apple Watch, regular wireless charging I did not like, of I did not place it just so, I was rewarded with a dead phone in the morning.

How are people setting up car charging?
Was thinking usbc cigarette power to the apple MagSafe?

Or does something better exist for the car?
 
Seems like supply for 13 Pro is getting a bit better. My local Apple store (if you check periodically throughout the day) is getting stock in daily. It lasts about 30-45 minutes, but long enough to get an order in. Limited color selection and seems like Sierra Blue is the dominate color available.

I picked up a 256gb Sierra Blue yesterday. Initially wasn't going to upgrade from my 12 Pro, but had some gift cards to use so made it worthwhile.

I have to say, the pro motion (IMHO) is very nice.

Yea I also noticed that shipping time for 13 pro and 13 pro max reduced to 1-2 weeks. Last week it was 2-3 weeks out. So I'd expect sometime this week and next week. Apple Stores will be receiving a lot of shipments and those who are still looking for Christmas gift will get their hands on them.

I got lucky that finally the Apple store near my house got some 2 days ago. I kept checking everyday and they were out of stock. My advice is keep checking it! Looks like several Apple stores near Columbus, OH just got a shipment.
 
I ordered 2 ProMax 512’s through Verizon on 11/30. Gold one and Silver. Got a loyalty bonus and trade in for a total of 800 off each one. EST delivery was 12-14 now it just says update for delivery Est 12-xx. WTF does that mean?
 
Here's my experience with Hong Kong's online store. Took exactly a month to get my phone which actually was 1 week ahead of the original estimate when I was placing the order. Been playing the phone for two days now, extremely happy with my purchase/ upgrading from an iPhone X.


Nov 4th - Order placed for iPhone 13 Pro, Delivery Estimate 07-Dec to 13-Dec
Nov 30th - Estimate changed to 03-Dec to 09 Dec
Dec 1st - Status changed to Preparing to ship
Dec 3rd - 9am Status changed to Shipped (Received tracking no. in the evening but no info on the courier’s website)
Dec 4th - 11am Courier/ driver called to schedule a time, package was delivered to me by 1pm.

I just ordered a 13 for my son. It was suppose to arrive Dec1. Tracked it all the way to a FedEx distribution center 20 miles from me. Said it was out on a truck for delivery. Now a week later Fed Ex won’t admit it is lost. They said I have to wait until Dec 9 and then call AT&T to enter a claim. AT&T can’t order another one until Fed Ex admits it was lost. Uggh
 
Ordered a 12 Max 1TB on Black Friday. No shipping update at all yet. 10 days ago. Not pending. Not anything. "Delivery Date will be updated soon" is all it says. Hoping its not a month and past Christmas.

Hi.

Have you actually tried to walk in to the store and just buy it directly rather than online? I believe the 13 non pro should really be stocked so I don't think you'd have issues getting those. As for the 13 pro's that might be something you'll need to act fast on. I am seeing apple store near me are now catching up and they don't sell out very fast so it's not necessary to order online when you can actually just walk to the store and buy one.

As for as that error after check out. I get that too when I tried to order a pair of AirPods 3. I'm not sure what triggers it but I know that other orders were able to go through.
 
I just ordered a iPhone 13 Pro Max 256gb in Graphite from Best Buy yesterday. It's now 3:30 AM and I just received an email stating that my order was ready to be picked up. Initially I wasn't supposed to get the phone until Dec 22, is this normal?
