It does'nt matter what phone Sprint gets, their customer service is still the worst ever! placed an order, accidentally ordered the 4 and not the 4s (due ti only the 4 being listed at the time of order, online) and now I cant even get a rep on the line to make the change or atleast cancel the existing order. "wait time is 11min" my butt... been on hold for 26min already... this is sad. 4yrs later and they still have not learned... kick it in gear Sprint, you're rolling with the big boys now.
