Sue some random guy that somehow was close in guessing…but don’t sue German and Kuo for constantly leaking out product details, launch dates, etc….Typical Apple

Hiring someone to hack into an employee’s phone IS, in fact, making him a party to the lawsuit.Apple's legal team is taking them for a ride, accepting and defending all these cases they know they can't win. It's not like he signed an NDA with Apple.
This has been one of the smoothest betas I have run in years. So, it isn’t surprising.I’d hate to know how that much older version of iOS “19” ran considering what a bad state the release of 26b1 was in. Amazing they got the phone functional enough for him to even see anything
It looks like Apple wants to know his sourcesso they broke into someone's place to access the prototype? seems kinda wild; but the things people go to for clicks and subscribers i guess.
Suing a news reporter? Good luck.
Exactly. If you read this complaint as anything short of legal dynamite, you clearly don’t get how this works. If this is all true, it’s not some harmless leak, it’s straight up theft of trade secrets. This isn’t just guessing features or piecing together rumors, they literally accessed a dev iPhone, recorded unreleased software, and made content off it. Apple’s not being petty here, they’re doing what any company would do to protect their IP. Prosser’s been walking the line for a while, but this one feels like he finally crossed it.

If he actually stole code, blueprints, renderings for manufacturing, like actual secrets then I’d agree. This is akin to ripping the silly wrap they put on cars while they test drive them before actual for sale. Oh no, we saw it. So what.
Apple is acting like it’s the stealth bomber. It’s a UI. Get a grip you look like a petty vindictive bitch.
Lol guys we found prosser's burner account! If he actually stole code, blueprints, renderings for manufacturing, like actual secrets then I’d agree. This is akin to ripping the silly wrap they put on cars while they test drive them before actual for sale. Oh no, we saw it. So what.

Ha! I’m just rooting for the underdog. He will get squashed if Apple wills it. I think it isn’t necessary though.Lol guys we found prosser's burner account!
