Another US-only debut?

If this thing is as content-driven as speculation would have us believe, I've a feeling that (yet again) it will be restrained by local/national restrictions and will be US-only for a long time. Like the iPhone and the iTunes Store before it.

Does anyone know of any sites that will be posting live via Twitter? I'm going to be out of touch from my computer and not really able to pay as much attention as I'd like. But it would be nice to glance at my phone occasionally to get Twitter updates. I am really excited about this. Just hope we're not all disappointed.
