Apple CEO Tim Cook today teased "a big week ahead," with announcements starting Monday. His post included an #AppleLaunch hashtag with a colorful Apple logo, along with a short video that ultimately shows an Apple logo on the lid of a Mac.

Apple is reportedly planning a three-day stretch of product announcements from Monday, March 2 through Wednesday, March 4, with up to five new products expected to be unveiled, including a lower-cost MacBook, an iPhone 17e, and more.

Other possible products include an iPad Air with an M4 chip, an iPad 12 with an A18 chip and Apple Intelligence support, a MacBook Air with the M5 chip, and MacBook Pro models with M5 Pro and M5 Max chips. We are also waiting for long-awaited updates to the Apple TV and HomePod mini, but it is unclear if those are coming next week.

Apple already invited selected journalists and content creators to an "Apple Experience" in New York, London, and Shanghai on Wednesday, March 4 at 9 a.m. Eastern Time. During these in-person gatherings, attendees will likely receive hands-on time with the new products that Apple unveils between Monday and Wednesday next week.

The products are expected to be announced in press releases published on the Apple Newsroom website, with no Apple Event live stream expected.

MacRumors will have in-depth coverage of Apple's announcements next week, and we will be attending the "Apple Experience" in New York.

I need nothing from Apple now, unless the release a new iPhone mini - no they won’t.
The rumours about an iPhone Flip is interesting however, and might be a mini replacement.
My 13 mini can survive for some more time though, maybe a year?

I’m not watching Tim, no way - I read about it here on MacRumors 👍

Bring on the Apple TV!
I’ve literally ordered the current gen model as it’s on what I’d call a very first discount here in my country, although only one retailer has it like that. Also, the version in question is the 128GB with Ethernet.

An updated Apple TV (ATV) is one of the one's I'm waiting for but if the press releases are only going to be on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and with so many products in the rumoured-releases-yet-to-happen queue I worry that things like ATV and an update to HomePod Mini (HPM) might get squeezed out of next week's announcement window.

We've got rumours of A-Series MacBook, the rest of the M5 MacBook Pro line-up (maybe also including an M5 MacBook Air), the iPhone 7e, iPad Air and one or more new Studio displays. With all of that lot I'm finding it hard to imagine that Apple will also throw an updated ATV and HPM into the mix.

My guess is that we might get another week of action in April, maybe to coincide with 26.4, that launches updated ATV and HPM and perhaps also the new HomePod hub (display) and maybe some other smart home stuff as well like cameras and FaceID doorbell.

I'd like to be wrong because I currently want to buy my first ever ATV and my first ever HomePod and I really can't bring myself to buy years-old designs when surely we'll finally get the updates in at least the next few months. I am however also waiting for the rest of the M5 MacBook Pro range to release before buying my first ever Mac so I'll be happy if at least that happens next week. Changing my main PC to a Mac after 30+ years of Windows use should keep me entertained for at least a month and probably longer which will be a welcome distraction if we do have to wait a bit longer for the updated ATV and HPM.

There has to be a brand new product right? Apple wouldn’t do an experience event for a bunch of minor updates….. Unless they are considering the low cost MacBook a new product I guess.
That's the whole thing; they aren't doing a traditional livestreamed event. They are just doing product announcement via press release, at least that's how they've handled similar things before. It's possible they might make little videos for things like the M5 Max and the A-series MacBook.

They have also invited members of the press to attend a hands on. These are being held in New York and London. Apple are calling it an “experience”
