Apple to Begin Taking Orders for New Mac Pro on August 9th

Other than the two 24" displays I already own? Or the desire to add a number of additional internal hard drives in a RAID configuration? Or upgrade the graphics card? Or add more memory? Or the better processor...

After careful consideration, my iPad seems to take over the gap between a MacPro and MacBookPro/iMac.
At work, the brunt of horsepower is full on MacPro.
With the addition of the iPad, I dont need to have my MBP right beside me for training videos, time waster (web) and email.
Now Im starting to think this would be best for home too.
Dont get me wrong, love the iMac but I cant do most of my freelance on that thing. Too many missing functions for what I do (Motion Design/3D).
Currently running topped up MBP 17" and wishing for a MacPro

Makes the £1600 I paid for my 8/2.8GHz in 2008 look positively cheap.
