*Sigh.* Yet another newly-joined MacRumors forums troll. Anyone else notice the recent infestation? Someone left the cage door open. Either that, or MacRumors is being targeted by a Microsoft astroturfing campaign. It seemed to start around the time of the new "Cheap Windows laptops are cheap!" TV campaign.
I think I'll go join a Dell forum and tell all their customers what idiots they are.

I have to agree with the apple owners regarding quality, their machine never break down. All posts regarding apple failures/defects are posted by windows fanboys,,

my apologies for taking so long to reply, but between running antivirus scan and malware checks then waiting 12 minutes to reboot. Luckily I have another computer that "just works".

why are so many people doubting this move? i think this is highly conceivable given the dips in notebook prices?
don't you guys remember powerbook g3's were introduced at like $2999 each. earlier machines were excess of 4g's. the prices these days are wayyyy more affordable than notebooks used to be.
i can totally see an entry level macbook at $999 while dropping the white one to $799 or less. when that happens, i am all over the new macbooks.

The only negative aspect of a mac is the exorbitant price. Anything priced even remotely close to the rest of the computer market is bound to sell like hotcakes. Knowing apple they will just cripple a model and sell it for a lower price claiming they have somehow revolutionized something.
