Doorbell with FaceID is interesting, but only if it can unlock the door, which it sounds like it will be able to do since it requires a compatible lock. Will wait and see on features and price point...

Wow, wow, wow!!!

"PCIe 5.0 support for faster SSD speeds". Hopefully as this one or better:

Samsung 9100 PRO SSD (8 TB)
Breakthrough PCIe® 5.0 performance
Push PCIe 5.0 performance to the max. 9100 PRO achieves lightning-fast sequential read/write speeds up to 14,800/13,400 MB/s, two times faster than 990 PRO. Leave Gen4 limits behind with random read/write speeds up to 2,200K/2,600K IOPS, only possible by Gen5.

Also great:

"Studio Display: Mini-LED backlighting, ProMotion support for up to a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR support, and either an A19 chip or A19 Pro chip".

Waiting for it with built-in Thunderbolt 5 hub with ports.

And also great:

"MacBook Pro: A major redesign later in 2026, with M6 Pro and M6 Max chips, an OLED display, a touch screen, a Dynamic Island, a thinner design, and an Apple-designed C2 modem for built-in cellular connectivity".

Finally, also great:

"Last, a Mac mini with M5 and M5 Pro chips is expected to launch at some point this year".

Waiting for a newer Mac mini with M6 chip. Yes, M6 will be REVOLUTIONARY!!!

If you’re really a “Pro” why would you buy a $5,000 box anyway. Pro’s subscribe to their software so why would it be any different with hardware ? Hence Apple will probably roll out the new Mac Pro as a subscribed ( rented ) hardware item with Apple Creator Studio thrown in as an incentive.
If renting a Mac Pro or Mac Studio setup was a viable option, I would do it in a heartbeat.

I'm not so sure about the Ultra getting a redesign I must say. Considering all the so called reliable leakers were adamant we were getting a new Apple Watch design with the Series 7 and then the Series 8, and nothing was changed till the Series 10 and even then it was just made a bit bigger with a bigger display.

A lot of products. Looking forward to seeing the new products in the home category especially the security camera. Think iMac too will get updated. Also waiting to see Apple's foldable. Have been waiting a long time for the foldable.

There are conflicting rumors about the iPhone Air 2, with some sources saying autumn 2026 while others spring 2027. I think it will be a 2026 release since it is likely to be equipped with an A20 Pro (like the Pros) rather than an A20 (like the iPhone 18/18e).

Looks more like the list of what they failed to launch in 2024-2025. It doesn't imply all of this will be launched in 2026.

And the Mac Pro is left to die.

It's effectively obsolete now. Apple Silicon has removed the need for modular builds. The Mac Studio is more powerful. Thunderbolt 5 can move massive amounts of data to external storage and has a bandwidth of 120Gbps compared to the PCI slots of the Mac Pro at 26Gbps. You can get an external PCI case if you have niche specialty cards for a particular purpose, and it will have a smaller footprint and run just as fast.

Plus, it's one third of the price.

Subscribe to M2 Ultra? Yeah right.

Oh come you said everything else, no AirTags? No AppleTV? No HomePods?

You said they were all coming -last- year, but now not this year? lol

Yawn, another outrageous generalisation, without any constructive criticism or feedback.
Maybe, but if you used your Apple device for anything more that what a teenager uses their device for, read any of the technical blogs, visited any of the developer social platforms, or spent days and weeks working around Apple bugs that never get fixed you would not need me stating the obvious here.

The naivety of your response leaves me clear who the teenager is. If you are, who you allude to, you would provide constructive feedback, not a passive aggressive dismissive remark. And thanks for pigeon holing what you think me, or anyone else for that matter, uses their paid for device to do.
I'm learning to code, which I find rather easy. But then I have a Bachelors degree, 2 Masters, 4 active patents (that make money), and a handful of times during the working week, people allow me to look after them, when we stop their heart and lungs. So excuse me for only using my computer for 'teenage' things.

What were all those articles toward the end of 2025 saying the HomePod mini 2 will be launched at the beginning of 2026, most probably in February?
Because now I don’t see a HomePod mini 2 mentioned anywhere. Is it gone ? Will HomePod mini be fully replaced by the alleged "Apple Home Hub" ?

We’ll probably see a new Mac Pro at some point. Why would they bother to make an Apple Silicon version if they were only going to make one generation and then discontinue it? If that were the case, they should have just left it with the much superior Intel version.

First Half of 2026

The following products are rumored to launch before the end of June.
  • MacBook Pro: M4 Pro and M4 Max chips → M5 Pro and M5 Max chips, and PCIe 5.0 support for faster SSD speeds.
Second Half of 2026

The following products are rumored to launch between September and December.
  • MacBook Pro: A major redesign later in 2026, with M6 Pro and M6 Max chips, an OLED display, a touch screen, a Dynamic Island, a thinner design, and an Apple-designed C2 modem for built-in cellular connectivity.
I'm sorry, but I seriously doubt Apple will update the MacBook Pro twice in the same year. If this is true, I can see people skip the M5 MacBook Pro upgrade, and wait for the M6 one that'll be released only a few months later.
