I guess you haven't seen or heard the rumors apple is planning on bifurcating the iphone release so the 18 won't be released until spring 2027, if the rumors are true.I'm pretty sure that there will be an iPhone 18 as well![]()
No bro, that'll be released in spring 2027.I'm pretty sure that there will be an iPhone 18 as well![]()
If renting a Mac Pro or Mac Studio setup was a viable option, I would do it in a heartbeat. If you’re really a “Pro” why would you buy a $5,000 box anyway. Pro’s subscribe to their software so why would it be any different with hardware ? Hence Apple will probably roll out the new Mac Pro as a subscribed ( rented ) hardware item with Apple Creator Studio thrown in as an incentive.
If it was forgotten then it it's not even rumoured "enough" to be remembered, that means the Mac Mini M5 will probably NOT be released this yearI forgot to include that one, added now.
And the Mac Pro is left to die.
Subscribe to M2 Ultra? Yeah right. If you’re really a “Pro” why would you buy a $5,000 box anyway. Pro’s subscribe to their software so why would it be any different with hardware ? The regular iPhones are being moved to March/April, with none this year.I'm pretty sure that there will be an iPhone 18 as well![]()
Yawn, another outrageous generalisation, without any constructive criticism or feedback.Yawn, with Apple software in such poor shape there is no way I can get excited about new hardware.
Maybe, but if you used your Apple device for anything more that what a teenager uses their device for, read any of the technical blogs, visited any of the developer social platforms, or spent days and weeks working around Apple bugs that never get fixed you would not need me stating the obvious here.Yawn, another outrageous generalisation, without any constructive criticism or feedback.
The naivety of your response leaves me clear who the teenager is. If you are, who you allude to, you would provide constructive feedback, not a passive aggressive dismissive remark. And thanks for pigeon holing what you think me, or anyone else for that matter, uses their paid for device to do.Maybe, but if you used your Apple device for anything more that what a teenager uses their device for, read any of the technical blogs, visited any of the developer social platforms, or spent days and weeks working around Apple bugs that never get fixed you would not need me stating the obvious here.
I'm sorry, but I seriously doubt Apple will update the MacBook Pro twice in the same year. If this is true, I can see people skip the M5 MacBook Pro upgrade, and wait for the M6 one that'll be released only a few months later.First Half of 2026
The following products are rumored to launch before the end of June.
Second Half of 2026

The following products are rumored to launch between September and December.
- MacBook Pro: A major redesign later in 2026, with M6 Pro and M6 Max chips, an OLED display, a touch screen, a Dynamic Island, a thinner design, and an Apple-designed C2 modem for built-in cellular connectivity.
