That is not what was on the apple site when following the link.
Verbatim from Apple's site:
http://www.apple.com/live/
"Live streaming video requires Safari 5.1.10 or later on OS X v10.6.8 or later; Safari on iOS 6.0 or later. Streaming via Apple TV requires second- or third-generation Apple TV with software 6.2 or later."
Where are you seeing where it says different
Yep - I'll be watching on ATV
but an event such as this really needs to be a shared experience.
Can I watch this on my iPad?
4 more days!![]()
Please note that the stream can only be viewed using Apple devices, you cannot use other devices to watch it!
Now that TechTV is gone... anyone know if the Keynote will be on actual TV anywhere? I know sometimes CNBC will get in for a few minutes at a time.
I will be ready, with my wallet.
Apple has been doing just fine with a lot of that already going on for years. You are the kind of person that causes large companies to turn to crap. No matter what they release, as long as it's got an Apple logo on it, you'll blindly hand over your money. That is one of the reasons Microsoft and Nokia fell apart. Assuming punters will pay up just because they always have. Where are they now?
Expect and demand better.
Yes, i watched the last event on my ipad and it worked perfectly.
Just bookmark the page on Safari and you're ready to go on the day.
