Is the media event available to stream (not live) anytime after the event? I have to miss it live, but want to watch the keynote.... where is the link generally located once it goes live? Thanks

Who wants the play the Mac Keynote drinking game? Everytime you hear the words; iOS, iPhone, or Magical you take a drink. When you hear "one more thing" you finish your glass.

need more to it. but it's a start.

i believe the use of magical alone will be plenty to get me drunk

If you include revolutionary, and innovative you'd be pretty sick by the end.

I think the stream went active a few minutes before 10AM

I think he was asking about a video being available after they live stream is over.

This is something I'm also interested in, as I have class during the actual keynote, but I'd like to watch the video right after I get out. Will you be updating the spoiler-free thread with the direct link?

I like how ONE person said they DISLIKE this, lol. How could you actually DISLIKE this? Apple is simply offering the option to view something live, they otherwise wouldn't be offering. So who was it? fess up lol.

It's Eidorian and AidenShaw since they'll have trouble watching them from their spiffy Windows 7 laptops that are 213x as fast as any Mac with a the bestest OS in the universe right now. Too bad too, because they were all ready to start hating on all the announcement AS THEY HAPPENED.

Oh well... I guess we'll have to wait till after the event.

Arn will probably post it as a separate article - but a link will be on Apple.com too.

I can't go to apple.com after the keynote has aired, it will no doubt be advertising the newly announced products.

What I mean is that last time (the ipod media event last month), apple had a page up where you could view the live stream, then immediately after it was done, that same page had the video of the event. I could come home after my class and just go to that page and watch the video right away.

All I need to know is the direct url to the page so I don't have to go through the apple.com home page. Does anyone know when/if it will be posted?

As with the previous event, Apple is using its HTTP Live Streaming technology, limiting the platforms on which the feed will be available.
Shouldn't HTTP Live Streaming work in a beta of VLC too? That would make it work on a lot of platforms, including Windows and Linux...
