It's nothing like the 3D fad for TVs. You haven't used FT on a Macbook or Watch so you don't know what it's like.Umm I wonder if force touch will become the same as the 3d fad for tvs.
I prefer you give me more battery capacity, hard drive, etc

the issue with FT is that 3rd party devs can't include it in their apps without alienating everyone who purchased an iPhone or iPad or iPad Touch before this fall. Hence it'll be a very long time before it's a standard feature in apps or possibly never. It's nothing like the 3D fad for TVs. Force touch made sense on the watch, where with such a limited interface space you have to put some functionality behind another interaction method. But on Macs and iOS devices it seems more like adding a layer of convolution -- something Apple is usually pretty good at avoiding.
I see people accidentally force clicking their trackpads all the time now. Pretty frustrating. But maybe it's just growing pains and it'll work out to be better as time goes on.

or if like me upgrading from 4SThe s upgrades never really make sense of you bought the previous generation (or don't care about the money, or just love new toys...). But they're great, refined products for those upgrading from a 5s or earlier.
That's a good plan. I upgrade every S cycle on launch day. probably 128 GB this time around. Color undecided.
It works on OS X with even fewer users so we'll see.the issue with FT is that 3rd party devs can't include it in their apps without alienating everyone who purchased an iPhone or iPad or iPad Touch before this fall. and each phone will do it completely differently and confuse the hell out of users so developers won't adopt it.I think you'll be surprised. Give it 6 months and every Android phone will have it's own version of this. Force touch will be a new standard in Smartphone input.
Yes, Apple has always been stingy with hard drives, storage space and and and.
32 GB minimum and for the MBPs 16 GB
Nope sorry I ordered all 85 million. LOLOne of those are for me!
Erm, the step up from the 5s to the 6s will be huge. Will there be more customer demand for the 6S than last years iPhone 6?
I know quite a few people who are happy with their iPhone 6 phones and won't be upgrading to the 6S this year.
That leaves people who waited for the end of their contract with their iPhone 5S. Not sure there will be more demand.
The force touch screen does not seem that compelling.
Force touch is very slow for interacting. And BTW, its a copy from Android's long press. Too sad. But I guess is The New Apple™
I think so. 2 reasons. Will there be more customer demand for the 6S than last years iPhone 6?

The long, hard press that may cause increased finger pain/soreness.Force Touch: the long press we can charge you more for.

I don't have an Apple watch, that's why I asked. And I seem to remember that right clicking was something stupid you had to do in Windows.
