Boy, that's an ugly Apple Watch icon. Why couldn't that be optional from the App Store?

Aw well, it went in my :apple: folder.

Safari seems to be broken on both iPhone 6 plus and iPad Air 2 for me. Can't go to any pages and if I open history it freezes completely. Have to force quit Safari.

EDIT:
Started working after loooooooong wait.

Because all of Apple's focus was on the Watch.

That has absolutely nothing to do with whether or not iOS 8.2 includes bug fixes. Somehow, they're working on 10.10.3 as we speak. Somehow, they managed to introduce an entirely new MacBook and update two existing lines of MacBooks. Somehow, they're able to sell non-Apple Watch products online and in their stores.

I think you're just being intentionally obtuse.

Upon reading your post I fired up Safari on my Air 2 and opened history. It hung for about 10 seconds or so and then it opened. Now, even after restarting Safari it opens instantaneously. There might have been a change in the internal database system or something and it needed to convert. Regardless, try waiting a bit more and don't rush with force quitting Safari, it may work for you like it did for me.

Yea, eventually it started working for me too. Most likely some behind the scenes changes as you said.

I have no desire to own the Apple watch, yet I'm forced to see Apple's Apple Watch app without uninstall option. Looks like a reason to create a folder on my home screen.

Apparently I am having the Safari issue on iPhone 6.

Although it seems to work fine after waiting for a long time to load the first page, if I close the app or the phone and try again it takes again long time.

...and we're back to Bluetooth being switched on by default with an update.

Just updated an iPhone 6, iPad Air 2 and iPad mini 2 this afternoon. All went smoothly and no Safari issues on any of them either.

I am semi new to Apple and not at home with my iMac. Could you remove the Apple Watch icon thru iTunes. Or, would it not even show since not installed.

After updating to 8.2 on my iPhone 6 AT&T I've noticed that when I tap on carrier in About it changes to IMS status. It's the first time I'm seeing this, anyone know what that is?

I noticed it did that in an earlier release. Not sure how far back but its not new with 8.2

That's not really the point, though.... Not only will I never use it, it's pig ugly....
Same goes for various other stock Apple apps that for years people have simply kept in some folder out of the way.

Apple to Release iOS 8.2 Today With Support for Upcoming Apple Watch [Update:...

Anyone with a 5s notice any changes? Like snappiness, battery etc
